TN exp should not be given unnecessary stoppages at Khammam as it's already had stops at Warangal vijayawada
This is what they kept doing to GT and now it has 35 or so halts. Unfortunately they are starting to do with TN. When introduced in 1975 its first stop after New Delhi was Jhansi, then Bhopal, followed by Nagpur, Balharshah and Vijayawada before terminating at Chennai Central. For the newly introduced Coromandel Express it was Howrah, Bhubaneswar, Waltair(now Visakhapatnam), Vijayawada, and Chennai Central. Those were the days. Timings have often retrogressed - TN used to take under 30 hours in the 70s.
Yes they should definitely see to it and can speed up train in both directions and should reduce stoppages like before

Super 👌...one of my fav TN Express....there are so many now to and from New Delhi...but this is like bachpan ka pyar....I remember way back from those days I have traveled in this train....those 80s and 90s period ❤...miss the First class coach....all to our own with a door and privacy...minus AC 😂😂....food in steel plates with sambar and curd all splashed over rice 😂😂 had its own charm ....no water bottles had to carry our own and at stations run to fill it up ....no fear of any infection of sorts....had butterflies and heart wud come to throat if did wud go out to fill water and the train is like pooooooooannnn and slowly moving we used to cry out to mom....ammi ....Abba station meich abi chadhe nai train mein 😱😭...and mom wud you know your Dad is Railway man so no worries....dint understand then ..but baad mein pata chala running train mein chadhna Abba is king...but scary to think about ...not safe it's a no no...but that was Abba the superman for us 😊😂😂😂❤❤. Anyways enough of my yapping. Super capture . Waiting for more
