Last used in pasteurization of puddings and mousse, tanks are marked “sterilization tank and fermentation tank”, respectively. Mounted on stainless steel base with piping, valves, and centrifugal pump, each tank has site glass, bottom discharge with valve and C.I.P. spray ball.
