In Hunan, we don't eat dumplings too much, actually, it's not our traditional food. Smoked pork definitely is the most popular dish in Hunan during lunar new year. I like stir-fried smoked pork most, especially with garlic leaves, which is called 大蒜炒腊肉 in Chinese. 新春快乐，万事如意。
