    In Hunan, we don't eat dumplings too much, actually, it's not our traditional food. Smoked pork definitely is the most popular dish in Hunan during lunar new year. I like stir-fried smoked pork most, especially with garlic leaves, which is called 大蒜炒腊肉 in Chinese. 新春快乐,万事如意。

      大蒜炒臘肉 but i'll have to try before next year's lunar new year celebration. it looks like it tastes really good.
