At 5:32 he might have meant to say "*Shaft* and the Seal face" Rotate at the same speed, instead, he said "Seal and Seal Face Rotate at the same speed" which might make it confusing for some people.
single seal Internally mounted seals does create so many problems ... retro fiting with a cartridge seal seems to be the way to go,as it creates a better enviorment for the new seal to operate in... it costs a bit to re engineer the pump but saves in the long run...
