Thanks, I have been trying to figure out how to reattach the head. My kid broke the head a couple years ago, somehow this video showed up today when I opened RUclips. The head is now reattached using the instructions you gave.

I found that head swap tough. One of the heads was superglued to the neck joint. I cut myself wirh my screwdriver alot of times but it was worth it in the end. I followed parts of your other video so thanks

I’m looking to modify my Disney Store Buzz from 2021 so that it glows in the dark. Do you think that it is possible to do it in a way so that it still looks good in daylight and has a bright glow at night? And would you have any tips for doing it?
I’m probably never getting another Buzz so my plan is to just keep modifying the one I have to make it more and more like in the movies, since it already has a lot of the features like the karate chop and the straight, kinda wide, wings! 😊

I would say try buying glow in the dark spray paint, it works! Just be careful

Parts from other toys are not going to be interchangeable unless you’re taking parts from the same model toy. All buzz are built and put together differently. You’d have to figure out the joint part..

what screwdriver do you use?
I got a screwdriver set at Home Depot store and it’s a pack of many of them with different sizes, so I tend to use the smaller ones and I don’t know the exact size.

What screwdriver head size is it for its back. Since the 4 screws are so deep they don’t move at all.
Get a whole kit and use different ones until one works that’s what I do I never look at the sizes sorry

Thanks for the video! Now to find a head and fix my blue button. Hoping it speaks Spanish lol. I found out yesterday that there's 3 JC Penney Buzzs out there. Spanish Buzz, 11+ phrase Buzz with disabled blue button, and 30+ phrase Buzz that's definitely all English
Yes that’s true there is many variants.
@@todayigrewup people on JC Penney reviews are saying the version that dropped right after Toy Story 4 has a removed capacitive dome that went under the blue botton. It makes no sendse to me why they would want to do that but I’m going to swap that dome over or try to rig a new one in there

I bought a Buzz Lightyear at Goodwill recently.
I believe he has the moving head.
But, it's broken.(just wobbles)
I may try this to fix his head.

Utility belt buzz could have a head magnet too, however, since his head is motorized, he can't.

I recommend to not damage the heads boil water and place the heads inside and eases the removal without damaging the bottom.

Kinda reminds me of the video where this guy who goes by the name B Man/Braden‘s toys where are you did a head swap between a karate chop action buzz and a JCPenney buzz and also spray painted the JCPenney buzz to glow in the dark

My GF gave me this version as a bday gift. It worked perfect until one day it stopped speaking; I thought the problem was tje batteries but I changed them and same issue (the lasser works, the wings lights too) but he doesn't speak anymore. Do you think there is a problem inside?
My helmet is broken it doesn't want to lock into place as it should and I don't know if I should open it or if there's any other fix?

I'm totally shocked by the difficulty I'm having in removing the cap that covers the screws behind the back. fuck I could get to destroy it but that cap just doesn't come off.I just want to tighten the screw behind buzz's back because over time the screw loosened and buzz opened up a bit. it almost seems like they want them to let their toys be broken and then get another one
