9:40 i think it's because the whole concept of underground rap is that it is independent, not signed by a company, not controlled by anyone. So, when Suga and RM signed a contract with bighit entertainment everyone thought that they are not independent anymore but thankfully bighit is not like other companies and supports their artists
Just to answer some of your questions: 1. The reason why someone told you not to label bts as kpop is because the kpop industry is known for being manufactured. Meaning idols don't usually write their own songs or even take part in the creative process at all. Also a lot of kpop songs are generic pop and bts goes way beyond that because they never stick with one genre and they have a lot of different influences in their discography. I don't know if the person who made that comment was rude about it or just informed you but if they were I would like to apologise and say that these boys are very precious to us and as fans we get a bit overprotective from time to time because they've been through a lot to get where they are. 2. Both RM and Suga were heavily critised for leaving underground rap and becoming idols because like I said idols don't usually write their own music therefore they are not considered as true artists. 3. I don't know about English and Japanese being the most difficult languages so I can't comment on that. But RM taught himself how to speak English by watching Friends because he has an IQ of 148 (literally a genius). 4. You don't have to worry about learning their names immediately because it takes time to know who is who and every ARMY was definitely there at some point. Just take your time and enjoy the content you see and you'll realise distinguishing them is way easier than you expected. Thank you for being open-minded and giving our boys a chance and sorry for the long-ass comment 😂
@@mimiiimini and actually English its not that hard, the thing is that it all dependa on whats your first language. English its an easy language for almost all western countries, and im saying that cuz im from spain and i learned it by youtube videos
You NICE, keep going girl. And i think English is the easiest to learn but People from other countries just have difficulty in fluently speaking it. I think Suga also knows good English but he is hesitant to talk in it because he's not fluent, but fans have already caught him in the act.😁😁
Take your time in learning their names, it comes to some easier than others. One quick tip, don't try to learn them based on their hair color as they are constantly changing it. Paying attention to their facial features is more likely to help. Can't wait for part 2 :)
BTS is one of the very very few 'kpop group' that heavily involved in writing and producing their own stuff as a group and their own solo albums and they actually very good at it ps: a lot of music critics esp korean ones don't consider them as a kpop group since they are the opposite of the 'slandered kpop group' even kpop stans mocked them from their debut for being diff in term of music
I've noticed that some kpop rookie groups are also writing/producing their songs or atleast getting involved with it somehow now which is I think great! (For example Stray kids or Ateez)
Loved your reaction!! thanks for being so accepting and open minded!!! And don't worry about their names, i know it's difficult because of their stage names and real names (I've been there, i understand kfjdhfkjd), but you'll get there! I'd love to more reactions from you!
just a quick note. english is actually really easy language maybe even the easiest tbh. But Korean is from different language group so they even read sentences in different order which means english can be harder for them. :)
English most definitely is not one of the easiest languages to learn as a second language. Yes, linguistic distance plays a role and English is notorious for the vast number of exceptions to rules. I'm really happy if English was easy for you to pick up though.
@@janshi876 But it does have the easiest grammatical structure. Otherwise someone would not be able to learn just by watching series. I also learned english by watching three months of friends, is my english perfect? Far from it, especially as I learned by listening to sounds and words and not visualizing them BUT i would not be able to do that with any other language..sadly.
@@juliavbeek327 well that's what I wrote. Also it's mostly my opinion, for a lot people it can be hard to learn it of course. I'm learning French, German and Korean and I can see the differences at least for me. But I can't with all the English speaking people that say that English is the hardest or so so hard. Like have you seen Arabic? Or like Chinese? ,Oh get the point right.
Cup Of Tae lmao I wasn’t trying to be rude just wanted to give some information. I’m half korean and half vietnamese and I speak both those languages as well as dutch since I live in the Netherlands and I taught myself english. that’s why I said it’s hard to learn english as an korean myself since the characters and letters are different.
Thanks a lot for this reaction!! It’s really cool that you take your time to learn about them. Btw English is the easiest language to learn, that’s why it’s the common ground around the world, it’s easiest to learn for everybody, Japanese can be quite hard depending on your mother tongue, for example if you speak Spanish the pronunciation is really similar so it’s not thaaat hard 💜
As someone learning Korean it’s sooooo difficult. Not only pronunciation wise, but the grammar is completely switched and you have to totally change the way you think to sound even somewhat natural speaking it. So RM learning English is even more impressive to me now.. I seriously thought he lived in America when I first heard him
Just like the other person, I’m seeing negative comments and I would like to say that you should ignore the haters cuz they just bored with their lives. I like you as a content creator! And your reactions are very genuine and kind :) keep doing what ur doing!
Hi cute one hope you and your family are good, dont try and understand bts no one does,we just love them, of course from yer boi in Springfield Illinois!
please react to bts from nobodies to legends 2019 by Xceleste and bts Contribution to music by Xceleste we separate bts from kpop because western media and industry likes to box bts into that 1 category when they do ALL genres and ever since they became global theyre so different now especially from other kpop groups. kpop industry tried for years to sabotage bts careers paying medias and tv stations to write negative things or not air bts at all on tv which most koreans did not know bts until they got big overseas. and now the kpop industry is trying to use cheating ways to ride bts coattails into the west. also many koreans dont see bts as a kpop group most Korean citizens dont like or listen to kpop theres a whole music industry that doesnt include kpop. kpop is called idol music in korea and while bts started as a idol group theyre beyond that now. thats why we dont like to call them kpop theres also a lot of beef between kpop fandoms and bts fans yup theres a difference most people think kpop fans = bts but nope most kpop fans hate bts. thats a whole other long story but they 'disowned' us if you wanna say that so bts and army (bts fandom) arent a part of kpop or the "community" they say they have. most people are bitter about bts success. bts started from the ground and worked their way up organically that cant be said for everyone. sorry for the long comment :)
English one of the most easiest languages to learn because words don't change much in the sentences When in other languages words change relating the situation a lot and in many different ways
I rlly don’t think the kpop vs bts thing is necessary bc bts themselves have said it doesn’t rlly matter to them if you consider them kpop or not so there’s nothing wrong w calling them a kpop group lmao. And before anyone asks I do not remember which interview they said this in
just so you know, English is one of the easiest (if not the easiest) language to learn. Like i really sucked at it for most of my life but i became fluent in only 1-2 years, just by watching tv series and reading... Then Japanese is difficult but it's manageable, i've been taking Japanese classes for 3 years but i suck at it because i don't make any effort, but some classmate just do the barely minimum and they mange to have basic conversation now and even more. I would say that the most difficult languages to learn are: Chinese (whether it's Mandarin or dialects) and Arabic. (maybe Russian but i'm not sure about that and French is also difficult but i think it's like same level as Japanese)
i think like how hard a surrent language is to learn depends a lot on what is your first language and other stuff. for me english is super easy but for some it's really hard

English is hard? Oh no :) Try learning other languages, even from the same language group, and you will see. I mean I speak English, Italian and Russian and took some time learning French, Latin and Korean...
