I’m glad you are doing better from everything you went through it’s absolutely incredible that healthcare has moved so far from taking actual steps to heal the body whether it’s changing your eating habits, getting more sun ☀️ working through the root of the mental health problems versus just taking pills that just mask the problems
It’s very sad
Like I have great insurance from my job but they don’t cover therapy, just doctors that prescribe medication but not therapists to where you sit down and discuss where all the mental health issues come from! Super interesting 😢

I disagree that not every liberal is dumb. I have not yet encountered one who isn't.
This is my first time watching you, but just a piece of advice...it is not necessary to pause every 5-10 seconds. It really breaks the flow, especially in a Tom video.
