I recently had a man tell me I had an amazing energy and vibe. I used to be scared to interact with men because I didn't like being "seen". I am more comfortable with it now because I found a man who makes me feel safe when my energy attracts unwanted attention. Even he calls me his sunshine. He nurtures my energy as opposed to the men who drained it.

A lot of times just by listening to others, responding kindly and giving a smile. Im a bit of an introvert but when I go out its usually because I'm fully charged and want to interact. I am also fiercely protective of my energy so I usually don't keep company around those who don't appreciate it.
For me Kindness, innocence, forgiveness, generosity, politeness, education and being creative and humble, morality, elegance through moderate and simple clothes, feeling feelings, low voice ,expressing feelings and thoughts with good voice and manners, sharing joy ...etc make a female more feminine and radient. My mother had it in bucket loads. Men used to literally fall over themselves, even when she was older. She used to get free parking, one man even asked her out when she was queuing for a loaf of bread (and my dad was with her!) and so it went on for practically all of her life. She had this happy, beautiful, gentle, very feminine vibe that made you want to protect her - yet she was actually a strong woman and able to take care of herself very well. It was natural to her though, she just had "it". Now I'm starting to understand what "it" was!
Hello Inam - what my mother had came naturally to her; she didn't have to try but she never tried to dampen down her extreme femininity. She was a bit like Marilyn Monroe, personality-wise (and also looked a bit like her too, or so people said), but she was also able to be quite feisty when she wanted to be. My advice to you would be that the best thing you can do is be yourself - your own radiance won't be like that of my mother, but your very own and certainly I don't think that any of the advice given by David and Renee is about changing who you are, rather about letting that out: not being afraid to show it if you feel vulnerable or upset but learning to communicate that in a better way. My mother was indeed a naturally positive person too and that's something everyone can work on even if they are positive. I don't know if that's helpful or not!
It's like smiling from the inside. Walking around singing your favorite song in your head. There will be an instant grace, playful shine that people are attracted to. I'm a yoga teacher most of my students leave looking radiant it's from within.
Confidence is alluring and is like a magnet people just want to be near you. Can you be comfortable in your our sink.... own it. Also consider this, people will remember how they feel around you so make them feel good not by obvious compliments but looking at them in the eyes, hearing their words. This will stay with them far after you have left the encounter. Some thing else that is radiant is self care. People who take care of themselves shine. hope this helps!

I’m a massage therapist working from my home office . I feel lucky that despite of not advertising anywhere I have plenty of work . I ask people why they are willing to wait for my appointments when thy can have one same day somewhere else. They tell me that no one is as good as me and I’m generous empathetic, warm personality and genuine.. I’m eccentric and sometimes unpredictable. I push my comfort level to the edge striving for more. I appreciate my patients and letting them know . They all think I’m their close family friend.

My dentist assistant, the gym staff and strangers all compliment my positive attitude and it feels amazing because it’s surprising and not expected. They say I light up the gym, my dentist assistant says I make her feel so good with my kindness.
Why is it that I find it so hard to be radiant? I have been before, but 80% of the time I feel empty and emotionless. I'm so exhausted, but I want to be radiant. I get sad when I think about how hard it is.
It's certainly not meant to be difficult Morgan... of course when you're exhausted, there will be nothing left inside of you. So give yourself plenty of rest, cancel commitments, pencil in your planner a long rest, for you. Once you can replenish and rejuvenate, then you'll find it much more intuitive to show up in your own unique radiance.

Everyone around her, including those who love her, just reach into her cookie jar every day, all day long, with no regard for how full her cookie jar is or how rapidly she is running out of cookies. Others will take her last cookie not realizing that she is now out of cookies. Even loved ones will reach into her empty cookie jar, over and over, find it empty, and express their disappointment in all kinds of ways. Get plenty of rest, do things you enjoy, even if it’s lazy things like a massage or a manicure or Netflix binging on a Sunday. Nurture yourself, do sweet and loving things for yourself and you will feel so full, the energy will just come out of you. Hence the saying, you can’t love anyone else until you love yourself. If you can’t give enough to yourself, giving to others is draining. This is why motherhood and marriage is so hard. Having a house to clean and a husband and 2 children and 3 cats and a dog to feed and bathe and attend to is hard, it takes time away from me being able to do things for myself, and seldom do children or pets or husbands do much for us. So it’s easy to few drained and lose that radiance. So sometimes you have to drop some chores and let your husband handle it and go take care of yourself, and then you can come back to give more to them.

I had to change my line of work because it is draining. For all of those that don't get it, I invite you to try. Be kind to your servers and tip! In regards to the video, thank goodness he is talking about relationships and a barista that works 4 hours per day in a happy coffeeshop... It's not about faking it, but we also have to take care of ourselves as Arleen said above, or else we won't be able to care for anyone else and enjoy the process.

Yasmine Dey i used to feel this way too, my ex used to drain my energy. But i met a man who made me see something i hadn’t seen before. There are men who don’t want to drain you. There are men who want to nurture you! If you have true self worth and self love, you will attract this kind of man. If you are needy and looking for a mans validation, you will attract the drainers. Like attracts like. Think of a garden of roses, a drainer will pluck the rose and keep it because it’s so beautiful, he wants it for himself. A nurturer will not always be there next to the garden but he will come everyday at the same time and give it water and prune it and give it love and attention, but he will have to give it space because he can’t live in the bed with her, that doesn’t mean he doesn’t care for her. Possession is not love, appreciation and admiration is.

My bf lacks a lot of charisma which makes it awkward for me to continuously give him the energy that I'm used to radiating. No, you do not understand. It's not about 'acting' radiant. True radiance comes from within and it relaxes and recharges you not exhausts you.
For men not possessing radiance..Sir I would say you got it..you radiate positive energy , good vibes and joy. So, men can radiate too, I think.
