My partner is a US citizen and we are hoping to complete a fiance visa next year. Im trying to find out if her needs to take the english test or not as he is from Puerto Rico where they predominantly speak Spanish, as all the web pages say US citizens don't have to take it?
its so unfair for us to take ielts/life in the uk tests even when the local doesnt even know the answers to the questions in life in the uk or even taught about it at school🙄. What made the government think that foreigners would know when even the locals doesnt even know
Hi, good day! I am from Philippines and I will be applying fiancé visa next year. I would like to know if IESLT life skills B1 test is way better than taking A1?
on their web page it says if you are capable of taking the B1 test "will normally be able to re-use this same test certificate when they apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)."
Hi! Im planning to apply for Fiance visa next year too. May I ask if the new rules or new news from UK government is true about the financial requirements increases by the spring of 2024? Thank you!
