I close my eyes and I see a battlefield full of blood and lost ones, followed by a long and cold procession where the Angel of Death sings her melodies to calm survivors' souls just a little bit for them to mourn and look for hope in the cold darkness. The beginning reminds me so much of 'Vikings' series. Transports me there. The ending part is just sublime, otherworldly sublime. I cannot explain how much this treasure of Tarja's art make me feel. Thank u, Tarja.

What a superb interpretation of the songs, carols and hymns. What can I say exept those who don't get to hear this album will not know what they are missing. This is a great extention to the first album Spirits and Ghosts.
