Halo, yang ini memang mesti dilatih terus -- tidak ada jalan pintasnya. Dulu saya tiap hari latihan pakai tangan non-dominan sampai lancar. Setelah itu semua kegiatan mulai ditukar pakai tangan non dominan (misalnya, sikat gigi, mengangkat gelas untuk isi air, sendok garpu, dan bahkan menulis dicoba pakai tangan kiri).
Akan membutuhkan waktu sedikit lama, tapi kalau dilatih setiap hari, lama2 pasti lancar!

Hi everyone! Thank you for watching my freestyle - I had a lot of fun preparing it! There’s still lots for me to improve on. My tricks right now are heavily inspired by Thawhir Iqbal and Hank Freeman; one day I hope to develop an original and unique trickset!
That being said, I want to list my trick source and inspiration, just for documentation purposes, giving credit where it’s due! Hopefully some of the source is useful for learners. Unfortunately I can’t link the videos directly because RUclips seems to think I am a spam, so I will just leave the title of video. The tricks might belong to someone else, but these people were those who came to mind when I was developing these tricks. I
0:12 - The initial mount is a variation of Hank’s trick ([Yo-Yo] Hank's Tricks in SLOW-MO! 3A "Tri Attack & Houdini" /「トライ・アタック&フーディーニ」スロー動画【ヨーヨー】). The part I missed is supposed to follow along with a 2a-like wrap.
0:29 - The initial mount (with both yoyos on my left side, one on my left wrist) is taught to me by Mizuki Takimoto in AP2018. I then modified it with common elements I see in recent 3A tricks. The exit at 0:41 is inspired by Thawhir
I developed the rest by piecing frontstyle elements I learnt when first learning 3A. Most notably with an emphasis in Mach 10, Nanda Kanda, and Boingy Boing
1:08 - I was going to attempt a variation of Hajime Miura’s trick (extra step in ツートラ、クロスハンド、トライアングルを経てまたツートラへ。/ Hajime Miura 3A Tutorial #1 ), but I failed :(. This is one of my most frequently missed tricks, sad that it missed but it could have ended worse with 2 discards
1:21 - I was almost going to copy Hajime’s trick exactly here (the same one as Tutorial above) with only one additional hop, but I had to restart. I was worried about blatantly copying people’s tricks for a freestyle, so maybe this is a sign for me not to do that lol. The double trapeze -> bind that I also missed is inspired by Thawhir
1:35 - Velvet Roll Combo that I also pieced together from small random elements. The triple double hop at the end is inspired by Minato Furuta.
1:52 - Hank taught me his repeater ( Hank's Tricks in SLOW-MO! 3A Gift Wrap & Plastic Whip Repeat / ギフト・ラップ&プラスチック・ウィップ・リピート スロー動画【ヨーヨー】 ) in AP2018, I modified it with double whips to make it look flashier. The wrap-like element is also inspired by Hank
2:08 - When I first started 3A I wanted to learn Tangler because it looks cool. This is just a simple combo to rack up string hits that leads up to a mount that I can easily use a tangler. A judge gave me feedback that the tangler was not awarded a score because here it is like a 2A trick; I should have done something more complicated after tangler.
2:23 - Corocoro combo. Didn’t expect the crowd to go crazy on this part! I learnt the double-on corocoro from Hajime’s tutorial ( 【YYR 3A TRICK TUTORIAL】 ダブルオンコロコロ ). The “outside” corocoro is just something I chanced upon when thinking of a cleaner exit to this combo, which when followed with a whip exit turned out to be a real crowd pleaser!
2:37 - Modified from a trick Thawhir taught me in-person. I’m quite proud of the variations I made here and really happy I landed it on stage. It took a week from the first time I envisioned it to my first successful execution and the process resulted in bruised knuckles due to loss of control (should have practised with a plastic yoyo)
2:53 - Largely Thawhir’s trick that he also taught me in-person that I modified slightly to land back into a double trapeze (his version is too hard for me lol). I was supposed to followup with some simple combo with double trapeze and his brother, but I didn’t want to take the risk and decided to end the freestyle slightly early. I would have ended with a banger, but I didn’t have one I can confidently land at that moment
    Music used:
Beginning to 1:20: Storm Chaser, Shikanoin Heizou’s Theme (Vetrom remix)
1:20 to end: Persona 5 Royal - Take Over (Nordex cover)
