@thekevinhaas anytime man, it's not too often a comic comes along with your I wouldn't say unique because everyone uses that word although it is but your I guess your ability to just be real & those of us that get it, and I mean even the small phrases/jokes, because I'm hoping I'm remembering this special right I know some people would maybe say your stuff is a little dark hilarious because later don't realize that's how we deal with dark stuff by using comedy and that in turn helps others... But mainly ourselves, from a former Marine to a very not good trying to be comedian myself, don't worry I'm not going to give you any material I'm not that guy, plus you're good man I watch a lot of comedy and have for many many years, and while your style is obviously not like saying Mitch hedberg, I like to think of it in that line of light unique and different type comedy... I won't bore you with the fact that I loved all the greats or who I consider the greats obviously Dave Chappelle Bernie Mac, but even a bunch of other ones that most people on here won't recognize if I name them... For the record I was raised Southern Baptist and walked away from Christianity about a good 8 years ago, I'm 45 now so I don't do the typical cliche I'll be praying for you that you make it man kind of statement type shit... When I broke my neck & busted my head open they just gave me that brace, some acetaminophen & then sent me out into the cold night. Enjoyed the show but just couldn’t look at that brace again! Luck to ya
