Plenty of tolerant hiking groups, just bring your own food. I've been on plenty of overnight Sierra Club trips, they seem to always have vegan options. Are you such an intolerant orthodox Vegan that you can't hike with the "others"
Strangely enough I'm not usually a smiling person because I'm on the autism spectrum and I struggle to take in positivity. Been couped up inside for years and never had any real friends, still don't actually. I turn non-verbal in social situations which has been a pain for me since I'm young and might explain why I have no friends. Anyway, I went to a vegan meetup for the first time ever and it was the best experience of my life. Good food, about a good 12-15 ethical vegans around me, talking to me as well which is something they knew I struggle with I think. And we ate at this place where though it was an omni restaurant, there was a vegan chef working there and she had her own full vegan menu with about, 20 different options. It was insane, I had a really hard time picking. And this was only like a small restaurant in the busy part of the town I live in. I cracked a lot of genuine friendly smiles there because I was comfortable with the people there.
Next trip should be down to Kanab, Utah. Surprisingly a lot of vegan options for a small town. Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. Less than 2 hours to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon (as well as amazing non-national park hiking).
I am a subscriber, and I live at the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. So glad to see you visited the park. What is the name of the pizza place that had vegan pizza? I would love to try it. Thank you for this and all the other great videos you produce.
It was in the main building of the West Yellowstone / Mountainside KOA! Most days have pizza I think but there are some days that don't so maybe call ahead :) Thank Crystal for me
02:25 I was in my break room at work when you made the comment at this time stamp, and I guess I laughed so loud that everyone turned and looked at me. 😂
sweet video! When were ya there? I’m riding my bike across the country right now, and passed through Yellowstone 3 weeks ago! funny seeing you talk about the same things I saw! Peace
So cool Mic. Love seeing your adventures. So inspiring seeing your participant who lost 90lbs and his wife overcoming asthma via veganism. Keep your vdo's coming! Xoxo
Hey mic, just wanted to thank you for your channel and your informative videos. This past month I made the switch to a whole good vegan diet after years of being a lesscitarian. I have never felt better.
Such a shame I had to cancel, major visa problems (UK citizen). Because I had travelled in a US blacklisted country (Iraq teaching English) since 2012, I had to go to US Embassy in London for a visa application interview. I would have done, but appointments were not available until September. I applied in early May.☹ I do hope another trip comes up and I will have to remember to apply for a visa 6 months in advance!
Hard to believe that all you vegans ie: weak, soy boy types, could do all this intense hiking without swooning and passing out! (do you hear my tongue in my cheek?) It's always so sweet to be able to eat anything on offer and not have to ask about ingredients and/or explain what a vegan eats/chooses not to eat.
Breath taking footage and photos of the scenery. All the food looks yummy, too. Its amazing how much variety can experienced when cooking with a group, ala pot luck style. A fantastic looking time!
Glad you guys had fun! I definitely need to find more vegans to hang with. Especially with the hiking food you showed? Oh man. I might need to get your cookbook.
Awww loved this!! Yellowstone is my favorite National Park!! I was laughing with gusto at the (paraphrase): "Old Faithful, hundreds of people holding their cell phones waiting" 😂 -- The food looked amazing!! We need to go on one of these, how do we know when they happen?
I cant find your Spain vidéo vlog :( i Heard on a previous vlog (iceland) that you went to Spain! I would like to know what you visited and obviously what you ate! Love the vlogs! I love the way you narrate Them!
Don't forget to stop in to the Tetons on your way back, its the more scenic park. Yellowstone is more a wildlife park. After everyone's done with their summer vacations I'm going to have to head up there.
Another awesome video Mic and camping with other vegans and eating plenty of yummy 😋 animal free food. This makes a change from the usual science content. Love 🥰 the video.
When my wife was a kid her family went to Yellowstone, and on the way in and the way out her dad yell look a bear. It was a stump and the same stump on the way out. Not that I can talk I thought I saw whales when we were in Maine they were rocks.

Hi. Also, nirvair kahlsa who does kundalini yoga vdo's agrees protein is over rated. We only need half as much as fda suggests. They're probably funded by the animal torture industry too.
Hiking, nature and vegan food, that is all you need.

I find the vegan food especially appealing. I would be ok with the hike too but I would want to stay in a motel. No tents for me.
