    This was a so so soooo great vlog! And I love that you're also taking vitamins and talked about it. It's really boring when a channel only got the same for example only try-on hauls. Feels like the same thing on repeat. I'm in love with your try-on hauls and I'm so happy that these hauls is not the only thing on your channel 🥰 and this is one of so many things that I love about you 💖 and in this video words cannot even describe how comfort you are and you're one of the best girl crushes ever 🥺❤️ I just wanna be in your arms in this video so I can say face to face how comfort you are, how best you are as a girl, a wonderful girl crush, how your muscles/physique also are comfort, and how cosy your hugs are and how much I the hugs from you instead of from others 💖💖💖

      About vitamin C we should know that it will mix in water so that means it will only stay in our bodies for a short time. We need to constantly take more and more. I've seen some general recommendations and that's 1 gram per day when we're not sick and around 10 grams per day when we're sick so 1 gram every 2 hours kind of. But that's for all of us that's living an average/normal life. And about vitamin D (D3) it's about daily IU (international units) and I've seen so many different recommendations. What we must know is that D3 will mix up in the body fat and not in water. I believe most recommendations that we see are about helping our bodies' normal functions and it's not about boosting the immune system. If we wanna boost the immune system we need to take 4k-5k IU/day or if we are overweight we need 2X that. Overweight prople will get that vitamin D3 in the body fat so that will not bring any positive effect. Exactly how much we should take daily should be controlled by blood tests to see if we got a good level of vitamin D (D3) in the blood. We can also "get vitamin D from the sun" at summer (and just before and after). But the older we get the worse is our skin to produce vitamin D. Also the darker natural color your skin is, the worse to produce vitamin D3. But the darker skin is naturally the better protection from UV radiation. So it's really pros and cons with any natural skin color. So the important thing is to be aware of it 🥰
      And then I've got to know a bit of Nattokinase lately. Seems like that can do good for our blood and health. But there's not so much research about Nattokinase what I know. It's much more about Vitamin C and D. I'm trying to educate myself about that. I've never ever taken any Nattokinase yet. I would recommend talking to a good doctor before using/eating it. And don't go for the original "Natto", instead go for Nattokinase because you will know exactly how many "units" you take. In the original thing "Natto" the "units concentration" can vary according to videos here on RUclips. Nattokinase will permanently remove trash in the blood channels which will give you a better blood pressure. You need a many months long treatment with Nattokinase for that result. And since I just got to know about Nattokinase and only know a little, my recommendation is to watch videos here on youtube about it (there are videos by doctors) and read about it on Wikipedia and search for it on Google. Use reliable sources. And if Nattokinase is this good and doing this for the blood channels it's very likely that it can prevent a lot of strokes. I gonna see a doctor now in a few days for a regular health check and I will ask that doctor about Nattokinase. But I guess doctors are not that educated in Nattokinase. Nattokinase is from nature and not from chemical labs.
