Amazing summertime walleye video, this is the content I'm looking for! Authenticity, laying out your strategy and thought process, and not just a bunch of fish catches. Other RUclips fisherman have stopped providing content like this and try to make you pay for it though their app....glad I found your channel!

High barometric pressure makes the fishing so tough. Went out yesterday to devils lake and was dealing with the same issues as you. Saw plenty of fish on the graph and even the camera, but nothing really seemed to work. Cranks, spinners, jig n rap, and jig with gulp after 6 hours caught maybe 5 walleye. Mostly small ones. Maybe live bait could have convinced a couple more. Some days are just bad for fishing, and I don't think any technology can change that. It is refreshing to see other people struggle.

Yeah these dang walleyes can be tough some days! At least with electronics you can know you’re around them if they ever decide to bite!
Glad my struggle is relatable! 😂

When you slip bobber crawlers for walleyes, what kind/size of hook do you use? Curious if its whole crawler, or piece?

@@tjsguideservice hell I'll take it! Love the videos though, it's so hard to go out and not be set in a certain way of fishing but sometimes you have to go through the whole box just to put a few in the boat.

@@victordankanych I have not tried it yet. IMO Garmin is for sure the best. Lowrance is second and Humminbird is 3rd. Lowrance first version was not great, but it has improved a lot!
