RBI Grade B exam is a national-level competitive test conducted by the Reserve Bank of India for the recruitment of Officers in Grade 'B'. To cover Phase I & Phase II with updated syllabus and exam pattern.
SBI PO exam consists of 3 phases - Prelims, Mains, and GD/ Interview round. Candidates must pass each exam to get shortlisted and progress to the next stage. The final selection will be based on merit.
SBI Clerk Exam is conducted by the State Bank of India to recruit candidates for the post of Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sales) in its different branches across the country.
IBPS PO Exam is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) to select eligible candidates for the post of Probationary Officer in different public sector banks in India. IBPS PO exam is conducted every year since 2011. Current Affairs & Exam-Wise Content Etc.
IBPS Clerk Exam - The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts an online examination to recruit clerical cadre for multiple public sector banks operating in the country.

"Sir, hobby not only provides satisfaction but also enhances someone's personality. Same happens with me."
(She can link it with her strength and Confident personality which will help in business or banks) . A banker should be patient and always have a curiosity to learn more. There might not be a direct impact of my hobby on bank but there can be an indirect impact which will be in terms of dedication and determination that I have.

She wasn't prepared. Does that mean your honesty and confidence are the only things that matters apart from basic knowledge?
Exactly and her answers were also not good . Is this the standard of bank po? Sad if it is .
Also her expressions while answering seems so unprofessional. Jab vo confused hain toh actually she is making a confused face which we make in informal settings.. 😅

Ghanta. 99% selected candidates diplomatic answers dete hain. Honest koi nahi hota bro. Apni weakness sab chhipane ki koshish karte hain real interview me. Mock me utna pressure nahi hota to han thoda sa ap dedh dimag laga sakte hain. Lekin real interviewer will be rude like raghu and rajiv,if you have ever watched roadies.

To be honest I found that she is answering honestly but in an informal way, like if she does not know the answers the way she is biting her lips and nodding her head and also looking at terrace while remembering the answers . I know she is honest and confidence I just found that thing weird. Apart from all these, everything was best!!😊

The only takeaway from this interview is the girl's honesty. The fact that hobbies are meant to be kept as hobbies. People have hobbies for stress release.
A lot of people in India read newspapers in the morning with a cup of tea. It is their daily routine. But it doesn't mean that they start delving into the chemical composition of the tea, the ink used in printing newspaper, the logistics behind delivering the newspaper to their homes. Hobbies are hobbies. They are used as a stress buster. Keep it at that.

Damn no doubt women handle situations under pressure better than guys... I've watched two mock interviews of guys they were so tense and clearly visible on their faces but she's too good here.
That's because they know even if they don't get selected they will survive anyhow by getting married but ladkon ka poora life and career depend karta. That's why when stakes are high, you get more nervous!

For a banking job, you will be judged not only on banking skills but also about how many times you’ll pick up a red ball from a box, at what time 2 trains will cross each other, which year did Akbar built a toilet, how is your 2nd cousin related to your grandson’s secretary and much more!!! Bank ek fixed time job hai😂. Wo actually sirf aane ke liye hota h jane koi time nahi. SBI ke theek thak branches me march mahine me manager ko at least rat ke9 to bajani hi padegi bank me

After watching more than 100 upsc interview me like banking job toh ho hi jayega
felt like sasta ias dristi upsc interview... mostly, there were no such qualities present in the candidate as mentioned by the panellists. Her answers were not at all appreciable. Expected a quality interview.
Why the experts did not ask questions in English??
Im preparing for RBI and I can confidentaly say that all the questions asked in the interview were very basic. You just need to be confident. She messed up at some question other than that great interview!
