Even though the plan is open concept, I love the way the kitchen is given the privacy it deserves. I've run short of words in appreciation for the breathtaking outdoor space design which is in sync and perfect harmony with the interior. The future owner has got to be as perfect as this mansion ❤️

Amazing new tour of a fantastic property, jus as always!! At first, when learning of the size of the house, I thought it would be lacking in some areas, being used to see properties in the high 1000s- low 2000s sqm in your videos, but I gotta admit I was severy impressed by how the space was used and optimised to include so much of everything anyone could need. The interior of the house is beautifully designed and all the ceramic details and the lightning give a very luxurious look to it. The basement was just unbelievable, the indoor pool is one of the most beutiful ones I have seen, the design of the stairs is very original and combined with the colour of the bottom make it one of my favourites. The cinema room is a also different to the same old dark-toned-theater-like rooms these mansions usually feature, as you said, and even though you can not sit as many people, I think it adds to the value of the proprety as it is not very often you need to fit 20+ people to watch a movie. Finally the exterior area is as outstanding as the interior with so many differentiated areas to relax and enjoy. Great tour, glad to see you guys keep getting better and better content to show us!!

The House is very huge, but the Sauna and the Hamam are too small. With minimum double size of this, I would have interest. And the Indoorpool needs 2 to 3 meters more length. Where is the Chef Kitchen? Just one walking Garderobe at the Master Suite? Very bad joke. Too many faults.

I really love the modern design, but feel like the double height living rooms are a waste of space. On the first floor you gave up the best ocean view sport for the master or a 2nd bedroom or even a family living room, just for a downstairs living room that might impress some guest, but is ultimatively less comfortable for the family? Use all the room you can get.
All these Marbella houses look very similar: white walls, beige tile floor, white kitchens, almost always dark wood. Modern design is so much more than this. It's a nice house, but the interior is just bland.
