W Aldulijan No it wasn't. It felt lame and cringey to me in JL to be honest because the way they used it was so pretentious. It's well used here because this video is about all the hardships the Avengers have gone through. Comparatively, putting this music over a guy kicking a bunch of fruits and policemen doing their jobs seems nothing but emo and melodramatic to me, just like the rest of Snyder's films.
Bryan Koh You missed the point of the song in JL. It was illustrating the world without hope. I don't even like JL. But this is easily the best part of the film. Superman was a beacon. It took his death for the world to realise this.
