We fell in love with this apartment as soon as we walked in to it! The whole flat has a really nice feel to it and that will be down to the owners attention to detail and design style. You will notice as I take you around it that there are lots of lovely colours, textiles, quirky features and homely touches which all make it so welcoming. The sitting room and kitchen both have views out over the River Ness which can be enjoyed through lovely big windows, perfect for people spotting! The bedrooms are beautifully comfy and the room at the back of the apartment can be made into a twin room if needs be.
The location is fantastic, being set on the river, and is so convenient for reaching all the bars, restaurants, shopping, theatre and clubs (if you feel so inclined!) The city of Inverness has a lot to offer with the canal being the home to Jacobite Cruises (Loch Ness tours) and being a short drive away from the Black Isle, Moray Firth and Loch Ness. Further a field but easy in a day trip - Torridon, Applecross, Gairloch, Dornoch and many more.
You may have heard of the North Coast 500 driving route? Well Inverness is your start point, so this holiday home would make the perfect base for a couple of days exploring before you take on the route. But equally a nice restful retreat to retire to after driving that distance!

Yes, I most certainly did. My wife and I are most fixated on the no. 3 Strone cottage above Castle Urquhart and Loch Ness near Dromnadrochit. My wife made an inquiry regarding possible rental in 2020 but her request was denied. Perhaps we asked too far out or perhaps too few days. We’ll check again as our window nears.
