The biker got pulled over because the cop saw his plate swinging back and forth, the cop demonstrated this by lifting it to show that it was not properly secured, and since he swung it pretty hard the magnets the biker was illegally using to hide his plate caught it. some bikers hide their number plates while cruising through the highway, because while their speeding they will get fined from the motion dectecter .so they hide their number plates and goes over a speed of 190 kmh or more ,that can cause deadly accidents to the bike Driver and other vehicles.some times they do that to run away from cops after deadly crimes for example in Florida, 2024, June 21, a man killed 2 people in a gas station robbed 600 dollars and escaped with out any trace because he had no number plate on his bike.but he eventually was caught while robbing other store in nothern Florida.

It’s a really terrible thing but this happens to some extent everywhere, people do nasty things and I think we’re just so desensitized to it that we just see it and move on, if they get away there’s really nothing left that can be done except for keep a watchful eye out for them if they ever show up somewhere. He’s lying by the way, the reason why is cause the plate had Velcro on the back and it just sticks easy so it doesn’t fall off. The reason for the swinging plate is because the bike didn’t have any plate holder or anything when he originally bought it from the previous owner. They also weren’t the original people intended to be pulled over, their friends got pulled over and they just pulled over with them.

I heard of a dude that always ran his new paper plate that came from the dealership.
Photo-cameras can't identify a dealership paper-plate. So there's a huge percentage of see ya.
Other times he bounced out on the freeway. Once again, can't run a paper-plate.
On rare occasions when he did get pulled over he said that his previous plate fell off a few days ago and was in the process of getting a new one from the DMV.
Too recent for the L.E. to be able to run it in the system.
He would then actually go to the DMV afterwards and apply for a new plate.
Not 100% foolproof, but eliminated a high percentage of gotchas.
For those who don’t know, the plate was rattling on the bike too much which made the man crashing and he died 2 days later.
