I wanted to comment after i had finished listening to the book but i just can’t hold back to say how much happiness discovering this book has bought me. This past few days i was extremely down. So when i randomly stumbled upon this book, it has been the sole reason that i was able to sleep for the past 3 days. The writing is phenomenal, its not the typical cringey storyline and i just want to say how much i love you. Like genuinely.

I love the writing style and character development. Even the audio voices not being too dramatic and cringey kept me listening, unlike some voiceovers. I also don't know why I was ready to be disappointed within the first few minutes when Kai was describing Reina physically, but I was actually emotionally relieved and giddy when I caught wind of the representation in this book! I love it- especially for fantasy. I hope Brittni Chenelle has a lot more in store for her future as an author

this is such a good enemies to lovers book bc it has an actual and interesting plot and isn’t overly sexual. i especially like how the male mc sees the female mc as an actual human being and not some sex object that too many enemies to lovers male leads see the female lead as. and this is one of the very few books where the male mc isn’t some horn dog which is so refreshing!!! and don’t even get me started on the poc representation!
My daughter and I are listening to this book on our daily school commute. Today she forbade from listening without her. We love this book so much and we just started it a couple days ago. It’s surprisingly good. Brittni get this on audible so I can give you these coins!

Been reading my physical copy every night before bed. The laugh that escaped me when I found out the audiobook is free on RUclips while reading was impeccable. Still, I'm happy with my purchase so far. The characters are all over the place, but I realized that I'm not young anymore and these are teens. Of COURSE they are all over the place 😅
I like to think of books as trophies for the audiobooks I've completed. LOL It's also nice that books don't have commercials. As an author, I like to have different options available for people. It's expensive out there. I'm going to keep putting my audiobooks for free on here so I hope you stick around. Someday I hope to try my hand at animating them. As far as the characters go, I'm quite a bit older and still all over the place. If you have some secret sauce for getting your stuff together, take my credit card info. LMAO

Well, it will definitely hit with girls who are really into the “not like the other girls” trope. The Mean Girls lovers will be really into this, but it also works with the 50 Shades women, as the male lead is physically abusive, sexually abusive, and emotionally abusive.
I always loved to read this kind of stories. Unfortunatly, I learned english from scratch, so I only read translated ones. 2-3 years ago I started to read in english, and this audio book is the first, which I listen in english. And I think it was a good choice on my side. Thank you for posting this audiobook! I loved it!

I'm sorry but why does this reina still hang out with Ky? He is a bully who didn't give the embarrasment and harassment a second thought that he makes her endure. Why does she even give him the time of day?
We all have our vices. This book is about Reina learning to let go of the bond they had in the past. Kai is meant to be a villain and Oden the obvious choice in every way. I like to think that's how things would have gone down too, if not for the Fallen.
I think he has a good heart but was just acting like a little kid.. like I'm not happy so you're not going be either..the chapter I'm on I can see the good in him but yeah I can tell his character is developing.. hoping he doesn't go bad..
I also don’t like the romance part here. I hate female lead falls first in to abusive male lead. But the second male lead is made too one dimensional to be convincing
On the edge of my seat listening to this while I work. You have captured the characters wonderfully. I look forward to see Ky’s growth in the next book. He grows, right? Lol. Thank you for making this available. You’re getting into reading!
I just finished listening to this after starting it yesterday and I'm hooked! I love it! I love the characterisation of Reina and Kai, their faults and flaws make them so believable. The storyline is amazing and it is so well written and performed. I can't wait to get stuck into the second book.
It's an amazing book. I would have been infatuated with this book when I was 17. I feel like I'm a little old now but it is really good and definitely suggest it for young adults. I wish I could have had this book when I was younger. You did wonderfully writing it. I had to finish it even though I couldn't relate to it. Most books I read I have to relate in some way in my stage of life. I'm well past school so this was a good trip down memory lane. 😌 I couldn't just not finish it so you definitely did a great job writing it!

I am only a quarter through and this is really fun and intriguing. Pretty sure this is a YA story. Set in a world where some are granted super powers called Gifts and the hierarchy that comes various levels of power.. some being Fae or Very Elite, Elites, Common, and Serfs. The MFC has an outlook that is forgiving, kind. Think Cinderella. Very enjoyable, love the story and the narration.
@@karenwalley1451 there's a third one that was supposed to go up this week but I'm a few days behind. ♡ I do have the next series ready to go after this one too. That one has 6 books but they're shorter so it works out to be about the same.
Review: I was pleasantly surprised by this one! I just finished binging Zodiac Academy and was worried that, given the similarities, I would just compare the two but, that wasn’t the case and everything turned out great! This was such an easy read! I found myself utterly wrapped up in the story and very much enjoyed the characters and everyone’s magical powers! The concept of the MC’s powers in this one is super unique and I did not expect that ending! I can’t wait to see where this goes. I also found the narrators were great!

@@BrittniChenelleBooks NP, my usual method of reading novels in hard copy is to start in the middle of a book where all the action is, and if it engages me enough to read all the way to the end, I’ll go back and read it from the beginning like a normal person, because then I have the patience and curiosity to learn all the BG for the characters and story, and because I know it ends well, I’m also happy to experience the last half for a second time 😁 All that to say, good choice of title and cover art for the second book in this series - I think you’re doing fine in marketing, and I look forward to listening to these after seeing so many positive reviews in the comments 😉

WARNING: if you want a boring book that can put you to sleep, this isn’t the one!!! If you want your job or chores done fast, find a different book, this here will make you space out as you gasp, giggle or get frustrated. This book had me wondering if I really need to sleep at least 5 hours or if I really need my job - all I could think is I need to know ! Next chapter after another after another. IF YOU WANT SWEET DREAMS, READ THIS, but you’ve been warned you may get very little sleep!
I'm up to chapter 31 and Reina is moving on. I'm happy for her. This Kaito mess was toxic. He has literally added nothing positive to her life other than being a little helpful getting her in GFA. I could name a long list of reasons why Kaito is NOT it.
I don't think he helped her get into GFA. He just happened to be there. Lol He's just a trainwreck. I absolutely believe that Reina would have put him completely in the rearview even after he started being nice to her towards the end, if not for the events in the second to last chapter. That set everyone on a new path.

Werewolf is my go to fave too! I switch it up every few months (staying in paranormal/fantasy realm) because sometimes I find the werewolf stories get really repetitive.

I really enjoyed this book and now off to book 2 of this one but have to say it was def a great enjoyment! Has a great plot a little romance and love it cuz It is well written and is sexy but classy! I'm on chapter 9 and I don't like Kaito. I don't like bullies. Never liked bullies to lovers mess. I like the chemistry between Reina and Odin. I hope Odin doesn't betray her.
Wow! What a great book for young girls. You should always fall in love with your abuser. Let them hurt you over and over again and always go back for more. They'll change from enjoying your physical and mental pain to loving you completely. Wrong! They never change and if you are lucky enough to escape it alive be glad. Stay away from them and never look back. That should be the message from this story!

Well, it will definitely hit with girls who are really into the “not like the other girls” trope. The Mean Girls lovers will be really into this, but it also works with the 50 Shades women, as the male lead is physically abusive, sexually abusive, and emotionally abusive.
I always loved to read this kind of stories. Unfortunatly, I learned english from scratch, so I only read translated ones. 2-3 years ago I started to read in english, and this audio book is the first, which I listen in english. And I think it was a good choice on my side.

I'm sorry but why does this reina still hang out with Ky? He is a bully who didn't give the embarrasment and harassment a second thought that he makes her endure. Why does she even give him the time of day?
We all have our vices. This book is about Reina learning to let go of the bond they had in the past. Kai is meant to be a villain and Oden the obvious choice in every way.
I like to think that's how things would have gone down too, if not for the Fallen.
I think he has a good heart but was just acting like a little kid.. like I'm not happy so you're not going be either..the chapter I'm on I can see the good in him but yeah I can tell his character is developing.. hoping he doesn't go bad..
I also don’t like the romance part here. I hate female lead falls first in to abusive male lead. But the second male lead is made too one dimensional to be convincing

I just finished listening to this after starting it yesterday and I'm hooked! I love it! I love the characterisation of Reina and Kai, their faults and flaws make them so believable. The storyline is amazing and it is so well written and performed. I can't wait to get stuck into the second book.

It's an amazing book. I would have been infatuated with this book when I was 17. I feel like I'm a little old now but it is really good and definitely suggest it for young adults. I wish I could have had this book when I was younger. You did wonderfully writing it. I had to finish it even though I couldn't relate to it. Most books I read I have to relate in some way in my stage of life. I'm well past school so this was a good trip down memory lane. 😌 I couldn't just not finish it so you definitely did a great job writing it!

I am only a quarter through and this is really fun and intriguing. Pretty sure this is a YA story. Set in a world where some are granted super powers called Gifts and the hierarchy that comes various levels of power.. some being Fae or Very Elite, Elites, Common, and Serfs. The MFC has an outlook that is forgiving, kind. Think Cinderella. Very enjoyable, love the story and the narration.

Review: I was pleasantly surprised by this one! I just finished binging Zodiac Academy and was worried that, given the similarities, I would just compare the two but, that wasn’t the case and everything turned out great! This was such an easy read! I found myself utterly wrapped up in the story and very much enjoyed the characters and everyone’s magical powers! The concept of the MC’s powers in this one is super unique and I did not expect that ending! I can’t wait to see where this goes.

@@BrittniChenelleBooks NP, my usual method of reading novels in hard copy is to start in the middle of a book where all the action is, and if it engages me enough to read all the way to the end, I’ll go back and read it from the beginning like a normal person, because then I have the patience and curiosity to learn all the BG for the characters and story, and because I know it ends well, I’m also happy to experience the last half for a second time 😁
All that to say, good choice of title and cover art for the second book in this series - I think you’re doing fine in marketing, and I look forward to listening to these after seeing so many positive reviews in the comments 😉

I absolutely loved how their reality shifted up a notch in book 3 with made you fall in love all over again and draw you back in. Like that feeling you get when reading an interesting new book, that you dont want to put down. That feeling i got in book 3 again!

I'm up to chapter 31 and Reina is moving on. I'm happy for her. This Kaito mess was toxic. He has literally added nothing positive to her life other than being a little helpful getting her in GFA. I could name a long list of reasons why Kaito is NOT it.
I don't think he helped her get into GFA. He just happened to be there. Lol He's just a trainwreck. I absolutely believe that Reina would have put him completely in the rearview even after he started being nice to her towards the end, if not for the events in the second to last chapter. That set everyone on a new path.

Wow! What a great book for young girls. You should always fall in love with your abuser. Let them hurt you over and over again and always go back for more. They'll change from enjoying your physical and mental pain to loving you completely. Wrong! They never change and if you are lucky enough to escape it alive be glad. Stay away from them and never look back. That should be the message from this story!
