I was in Antwerp, Belgium for a business trip in June 2013 for two weeks. I like Belgium very much, especially the weather in Summer. In the morning when I left Antwerp returning home at the end of June, the temperature there was 15 degrees C. About 10 hours later when I arrived in Houston, Texas in the US, the temperature in Houston was 106 degrees F (41 degrees C).
Your interpretation is correct that the man was infected long ago. There have been such cases in which the antibody stays active long after the virus has died off. The Health Ministry is doing their due diligence of contact tracing. It's their job to investigate these things. Each finding adds to the learning experience.

昨天我搭乘火車從台北到桃園間,碰上三個外籍(學生或是勞工分不太出來)其中一個居然在列車上脫下口罩大聲講話,被旁邊的人制止,後來要求他把口罩戴好,後來過一會兒,他又把口罩拉下來大聲講話,後來我也出言警告,可以由此知道國外的習慣真的很不喜歡戴口罩配合.

My advisor, who came from Belgium, doesn't really know that Taiwan have done a great job preventing the pandemic.
核酸檢測的數據叫「生物參考區間」(biological reference interval)，低於多少數值會認為是陰性，而大於該數值則為陽性，弱陽性則是處於該數值陽性的邊界，通常會因生物個體差異有誤判，必須再次複檢做比對，而igM通常是受感染後立即產稱的抗體，大概會在3個月左右或以上的時間被身體代謝掉，轉而產生igG的長效抗體，因此該工程師兩次核酸檢測都是弱陽性可能是病毒屍體的核酸殘留，並未完全清排出身體，而igM已在體內超過三個月，已消失所以驗不出igM，卻明確擁有igG的抗體反應，再對比該工程師在三月時有味覺喪失的症狀(當時並未列為 COVID-19的病徵)，因此很可能是在入境前即感染病痊癒，因此在台灣隔離期並無症狀發生。
(這類生物檢測其實都會有誤判的可能，台灣離境被檢測出COVID-19的日本與泰國的案例，均為弱陽性，而複檢之後均排除為陰性)

很奇怪最近少數外國人回國後，確診中國武漢肺炎，隨後台灣便大量擴大檢查，但還是沒有檢查到中國武漢肺炎，案例太神奇了。

他的換氣功能出現變化，但沒有出現肺部浸潤現象，
