I wish you would have shown exactly what colors you placed and where. I received this palette and lashes as well as the brush set, and it’s a very cute little palette.

I would have loved to have gotten a palette but I didn’t get one in either of my boxes so I cancelled premium and luxe and just have regular it’s so disappointing when the only time I get a palette is if it’s a choice item 😕

They advertise all these eyeshadow palettes,, I think 3 different palettes this month, yet somehow I did not receive one 🤦🏻. Another disappointing box.

Aayy Becky... eres muy linda en tu maquillaje profesional, fotos profesionales, en tus vídeos de RUclips, peroo en tik tok uhmm NO! porque en los vídeos que subes ahí, te ves sobrecargada de maquillaje y te respingan mucho la nariz, pareces otra... será por los filtros que tiene esta red social que hace que te veas rara y no sobresale tu belleza natural.

I really think it's ridiculous that they would put this in a Box.. A new brand that a lot of people would be excited to get. .. but not have enough for even a quarter of the subscribers. I'm sorry but if you are a loyal subscriber and you get all of their boxes then you absolutely should receive something from a new brand no matter what. They should not legally be able to advertise a product being in a Box if you do not have at least a 50% chance of receiving it... Not saying you cannot put it in a Box but you should not be able to advertise it, making people think that they have a good chance at getting it ... that is so shady. I wanted the ''I am shadow'' so badly in my premium and I never, ever want to receive an eye shadow palette because it's 99% warm toned, neutrals... I ended up purchasing it off eBay for $15. I should have received it in one of my 2 premium boxes boxes after all they have 7 years of reviews stating that I won't use warm toned neutrals, that I want colorful... and they supposedly use reviews which clearly I know is not true if that was the case I should have received it.
