Thanks for the video been fencing on and off for years. Just came back and fell into coaching a bit of epee because my coach is too busy. Very helpful to watch slow and hear the thought process from the other end.
Hey Sam, nice video! Can't come train for the moment as I'm recovering after a little "incident", but once I can start getting back into it, maybe we could have some late night lessons(?) Can't wait to fence you and get my a** kicked again and again... Haha (Oprisan ROU here) Cheers!

Hoping to start level 1 coaching course soon. Thank you so much for this content. It is very helpful!
I’m a beginner for epee. I appreciate the fact that you’re showing training thats not too quick for my mind to understand the blade work.
More please. Very informative

We will have to run it by Igor first but if he says yes then sure !
Good stuff, more lessons and more footwork drills please
Awesome! Thank you!
his footwork is pretty good actually
the guessing thing about the footwork at around 3:20. what is the purpose of making him not do that?
if you guess where your opponent goes, you can get caught or miss a chance to get a hit.
