You know it's a shame I didn't know this was gonna happen. There's an awesome BMW yard just nearby Nashville called Barnes Motor Werks that was, as the initials would imply, a BMW dealer(?). He had about 7 acres of BMWs sitting right off of highway 70, about an hour outside of Nashville. Tons of really cool lots out here like that.

I was stationed in Italy in 72/73. I had a 64 Alfa Romeo Guilia 1300. That's where I got my fondness for small sport sedan's. Exhaust had a great sound bouncing off the walls of the buildings in the small towns.

I had a 74 Honda 750 that had a Yoshimura 812 kit in it. I got it from a guy my brother worked with and he would drag race at the local strip. I’m a big guy and that front wheel would come up very easily. I sold it to my brother around 1984. It’s still sitting in the corner of his garage! I’ll get it back one of these days.

We timed it at 74 MPH on the way to The Shoneys Hide-A-Way in Kanawha City..Jake could really use that S-90 !!

Incredible pieces of design from Pininfarina and mechanical masterpieces of those days. They represent the last real Alfa Romeos. I loved this video, seeing the Frazer, and the Alfas was great. It was when he pulled the cover off the Honda 750 motorcycle that I really got excited. I worked at a Honda dealership in 1969 when the CB-750 came out. We only got one 1969, but I was able to buy one early in 1970. We also sold Yamaha bikes, and I believe it was the Yamaha 650cc that was the hardest hit for the British twins.

So popular that the latest model with 110'cc are being made again in Thailand in road and off road versions. The off road model comes with knobby tires, sump guards and all the trick stuff. RV people love them because you cannot break them

I had a 1974 750-4, used and slightly chopped with pull-back handle bars, straight pipes, and a king-queen seat. I was late for work on morning and doing about 80 mph around a long sweep corner and hit the back end of a deer! I almost went off into the woods, but did not or I wouldn`t be here telling this true story. I got back into my lane and took it very slow the rest of the way to work. The bike was not hurt and the deer kept running, and thank God I didn`t get hurt either! Take care
