      He was trying to build something, but he wasn't finished yet. He should have been given more time. You need at least four to five years to build some kind of success at a college. In this instant gratification age, nobody likes to wait for a DAMN thing.

    If it's still the same old, same old by the end of 2025, UNLV should seriously consider getting rid of this failure of a football program and just focus on basketball. Sell and/or demolish old Sam Boyd Stadium, and have their training building be used by their other programs instead.

      They haven't played at Sam Boyd in years. It's gonna take time to rebuild the program, they just need a consistent staff. Arroyo got let go early imo

    Bad move. Tony Sanchez got five years. Marcus Arroyo got two years and a COVID year and saw steady improvement for a program that’s seen minimal in the last 30 years. Dumbass move unless they get a clear upgrade.
