Hello and thanks for your comment. It wouldn't make sens to compare it with the LX706 since the LX-5 replaces the LX705. We therefore don't have the older models anymore. You can still check our video on the LX705 if you are interested. But basically, the LX-5 took the LX-705 features, but better and enhanced ;)
