I’m deciding if I should stick to what Ik my roots on a golf course or got to roofing it a hard decision I could possibly make more drive anyone got suggestions on which would be better
I’m about to start a course for light duty construction & it’ll include roofing. I heard it’s the easiest field to get into bc you can get hired quicker than brick laying and masonry generally
My brother is about to get me into a roofing union for roofs like this first time in the field I got the application already and everything... but tbh I’m pretty nervous about it any suggestions?
No need to be nervous! The awesome thing is, depending on companies, you'll learn as you go. Our teams teach everyone as they go and support you throughout the whole process! You'll do great!
Just do what the foreman asks you and you will do fine. The experienced guys you will be around will understand your new and not expect to much starting off. I’ve never had any problems i just did what was asked of me and didn’t complain.
@@wb1374 Exactly! Foreman are good at positioning new roofers where they need to be so that everyone can be most productive while new roofers can still learn from their other team members.
