The kid got into a scuffle with another student. The mom is blowing this WAY out of proportion. She's looking for a payday. IMHO.

Something like this happened to my child. A paraprofessional smacked her on the head. She reported to the bus driver and driver dismissed her assault. I had to press charges after the school officer reviewed the school footage in where the official did assault her.
