The origin story continues in season two of Gotham, and the stakes are higher than ever, as supervillains more ambitious and depraved are introduced, and a realignment of alliances shakes up the fight for power in Gotham City. Season 2 will witness Detective James Gordon's moral compass wavering, as he confronts Gotham's most notorious criminals. After the epic turf war that culminated in the events of the season finale, find out what's in store for Season 2. From Warner Bros. Television, Gotham returns this fall, Mondays at 8/7c on FOX. I don't understand why people hate on this show so much. I love seeing the origin stories for all these amazing batman characters. Penguin and Riddler are fantastic.

WitnessG Because they're sad little people, with sad little lives who can only bring meaning to it by hating something. It's fair enough if someone doesn't like the show, or thinks it's bad, but then you just don't watch it or comment on it. There are plenty of shows I don't like or care about, but I don't comment on them, I have better things to do.
But haters continue to watch something they claim to despise just so they can hate on it. Or they watched one or two episodes, didn't like it and decide that no one else should like it either. Because how dare someone have a different opinion to them.
lwaves Word! People also don't realize the more you watch a show the more views it gets so they think they're winning by hate watching but really they're helping the show
WitnessG Because it's a very common series with average writing and a repetitive structure. Personally, i still keep watching it because it's getting better, Camren Bicondova is good, Ben is good and well, the Batman fan service and references are enough to keep me there for now.
Yeah man and the cast is especially spot on. Interesting choice of story for adaptation too. Instead of just doing the modern version of classic, they did the prologue for it. And they know they're gonna piss some people off but they do it anyway. Ballsy move.

1. Damn, that panel was short. Not everyone got to speak or answer questions.
2. Cameron Monaghan's Joker appearance was classic. It more than made up for how insanely brief the panel was.

Is it bad that when Jerome appeared in the guest line I actually curled up in a ball on the floor and started laughing hysterically? I mean, Robin and Sean's reactions were priceless, and Ben's "Jerome! I'm gonna find you! I'm gonna find you Jerome, and I'm gonna take you down!" was freaking beautiful. Mind you, I was in my college library in a group study room...I'm glad no one saw me overreacting. :P

For sure the best thing about Gotham is the casting being so spot on. The writing may be inconsistent but I always enjoy watching this cast do their thing whether the script works for me or not.

The moderator needs to work on name pronunciation because he is seriously getting some of the actors' names wrong, he didn't get Donal nor David's names correct and he even confused Camren to the point that she didn't even know she was suppose to come out because he said her and her character's names wrong.

It didn't look like all the actors had been briefed in advance about Jerome's appearance. That female (Camren?) looks genuinely startled. Anyway, so PROUD of Cameron Monaghan, he really livened things up.

I love this kid as Jerome/Joker! I know that Joker doesn't have a origin story but, my god he did a great job every time he is in this role
All the hate on Gotham yet it's an amazing story and something that a lot of people love. It gives an interesting take on the heroes and villains on Gotham which is great, if you don't like it you can switch Chanel's for a reason.
I agreed. Dc/wb creaters got balls n r trying to do new spin off especially with their villains. Which I wish marvel should take note on bc their villains don't have much depth like dc does except for loki n king pin so far.

That was so Jerome, I’m surprised he didn’t just run up to the stage and put a knife David’s throat... though... Season 2 hadn’t actually by now, so Jerome was just that guy from that one episode where that guy killed his mum and his character was basically about killing Bruce Wayne who is kidnapped or threatened every few episodes anyway.

Amazing show! I love what you guys are doing for a new take on Gotham's origins. I admit that I originally thought this was going to be a huge failure and waste of time but everything came together fantastically and you guys proved that it is possible to create a comic book hero tv show that is entertaining and not generic after having Smallville, Arrow and Flash take the spotlight.

For the curious...
The interruption at the end was actually Cameron Monaghan (aka The Joker) from the series. It was all staged by the cast themselves, though the camera men were oblivious to the reveal.

Raghu Seetharaman No, the panel was short because WB panels were ALL Short. The Flash was even shorter and Arrow was just a couple of minutes longer. They had to fit too many panels; Marvel did the same.

David didn't get as many questions as I would've liked. The kid seems to understand Bruce pretty well, so it would've been interesting to see him answer some tougher questions about how he feels about Bruce.
Also, no one let Morena Baccarin talk, which is just tragic because she's wonderful.
