The athletic commission can penalize them if a knockout occurs. Could be fines and suspension, which wouldn’t matter because they won’t fight again after this. And it’s probably in the contract as well that body shots are to be most used

That’s completely backwards. It would mean they’re absolutely liable to be charged if a knockout occurs, since one broke the contract clause. They can murder the other in lawsuits. That’s the deterrent
