My impression of Rwanda is that the whole country has gone in to keep every place clean and very organized and I hope the other countries in Africa will follow the same path. Gracey I don’t know if you have realized that almost 40% of cars circulating in Gisenyi have DRC plates. It is because Gisenyi and Goma cities have business in common and there is no distance between the 2 cities
