থালি তে খাবারের পরিমাণ টা একটু কম হওয়া উচিৎ, কারণ একজনের পক্ষে এতো খাওয়া অসম্ভব 🙂 খাবারের পরিমাণ টা একটু কম হলে, থালির rate টাও কম হবে আর খাবারও কম নষ্ট হবে, তাই নয় কি? ঠাকুরদা বলতো, বাবাও বলে খাবার কখনো নষ্ট করা উচিৎ নয় 😊

আজকে দুর্ভোগের চূড়ান্ত। দু ঘন্টা অপেক্ষার পরে বসার জায়গা মিলেছিলো। টেবিলে বসে আরো এক ঘন্টা অপেক্ষার পরে খাবার মিললো। কোনো ব্যবস্থাপনাই নেই। মেনুর অধিকাংশ জিনিসই দিতে পারবে না জানালো ওরা। রান্না খারাপ লাগার কথা না, কারন ঐ অপেক্ষার পরে পেটে আগুন জ্বলছিল বলে খিদেটাই আসল ছিল, স্বাদ না। ডাইনিং হলের বাইরে চলছিল জনগনের খাদ্য আন্দোলন। এর পরে গেলে সাথে খাবার নিয়েই যাবো এই হীরক রাজার দেশে, নাহলে বরের বদলে বর্বর অবস্থার সম্মুখীন হতে হবে আবার। মনে থাকবে এই পয়লা বৈশাখ।
