hey coach ima first time coach , coaching 5th and 6th graders only 2 coaches on staff and i only get 3 practices for an hour thirty each practice , how would you plan practice ? i was thinking of alternating each week, 2 days offense and 1 day defense and then alternate each week you think thats a good plan ?
