All these videos that show people going to WalMart for the first time spend all their time in the Food section and show very little of the other sections of the store which has a hell of a lot more then just groceries. WalMart is more then a Food market

This is true but real problem is how the check out lines are long as hell and they close them then ask you to find another line that's open. You spend more time in check out lines than shopping
They're foreign tourists and it's easy to look at and buy food, it's harder to bring back electronics, toys, or random knick-knacks back to the UK.
They only showed the grocery side. They still have clothing, hygiene, pharmacy, electronics, camping outdoor sports. Hell you can get your oil changed and tires rotated at Walmart. It really is a one stop shop
If you plan on going to Walmart, go to a super Walmart(which is an even bigger store with more variety than the average store). Same with the malls. If you go to New York, go to the American Dream Mall. It’ll blow your mind

Don't listen to those mentally slow people talking about "do not buy the canned Easy Cheese, it's disgusting". But they will buy jarred Nacho Cheese and Cheez Whiz for nacho/taco night. It's literally the exact same product. Just that the squeeze cheese is thicker and nacho cheese/whiz is a thinned downed version of the canned cheese. That's it. Some people parrot what they hear, without any knowledge of what the hell they're talking about. Please try it for yourself. Can't wait for you guys to get a chance to come to America❤

I don’t mind easy cheese. I only use it rarely for an easy and non- refrigerated snack. *To add, I don’t believe most people believe it’s any type of gourmet snack

The USA has also invented many gourmet, world class cheeses.
For example, Monterey Jack, created by monks in what is now Monterey, California, and originally sold by a guy named Jack.
There are hundreds of restaurants in the USA that have a Michelin star and hundreds that have won three Michelin stars.
Food in the USA should not be judged by McDonald's any more than UK food should be judged on Nando's. 🙂
I just went to the Walmart Supercenter yesterday and bought a set of wiper blades for my car, bought, had mounted, balanced and rotated two tires last week. They have it all, that's for sure.

Bacon Flavored spray Cheese in a can. Regular cheese flavor can taste a bit flat and just salty, but the specialty flavors can taste quite good. Depends on the brand 🧀🥫

Walmarts also have an electronics department, automotive, camping, garden center, pharmacy, bathing department, kitchen wares, makeup department, pet department, sports, clothing, toys, cleaning supplies, bedding and a whole lot more.
I remember this video. She never made it past the grocery section of WalMart. The groceries are maybe 20% of the store. They sell nearly everything at a WalMart.
You can get tires for the car, furniture, Christmas trees, garden hoses and other yard supplies, clothing, shoes, televisions, cookware, etc.
I'm an American and Walmart is a great place to shop or get beauty products or electronics or bikes just anything 😃they have nearly everything

33 year old born and raised American here. I've had spray cheese a couple times in my life, only as a teenager mostly because of the novelty. I have never met anyone that regularly genuinely buys/enjoys it.

The variety of food choices and how those foods taste here in America varies on person to person and the brands.
Costco has stores in the U.K., France and Spain, their bakery section is really good. Their food court is pretty good as well, you should try their pizza, hot dogs and chicken bakes, very reasonable in terms of price, it's actually cheap, but good.
Good ole wallyworld (Wal-Mart). If you're from rural small town America a Wal-Mart will be the best entertainment there is around. You can buy a date night outfit, a shotgun, your groceries, a TV and a cat tree all in one place!

There are things at Walmart besides groceries such as clothes & electronics. Man, who founded Walmart was Sam Walton started with a small store in Arkansas in 1962. At 1st, Walmart stores were regular size stores until corporation started new design of size, Supersize Walmart aka Walmart Supercenters. Currently, there are nearly 11,000 stores around the world. In 1983, Sam opened warehouse stores named Sam's Club. Sam's Club is a chain of membership only warehouse stores. There are 600 Sam's Club.
The orange price is a unit price so you can compare against the same product in a different size. Often the smaller the package, the higher the cost unit, so the larger package is a better deal. The Yellow price is for that particular package.
I always go to Walmart around 7:00 in the morning to avoid the long check out lines that start to occur after the morning hours 🙂
Don't go to Walmart hungry, the eyes will see everything that could delight. After a good meal your willpower and good sense will be of help to stay more on budget and to your targeted items. A person can spend their paycheck if they are not prudent. The store has food, homewares, clothing/shoes, sporting goods, automotive needs, pet care, personal grooming care, lawn and garden needs, pharmacy and on and on. Exhausting, I need a couch.
We take it for granted. Most every larger town has a Walmart but when you get into the cities you can go in 5 different directions and be at Walmart…. They are everywhere and also don’t forget Sam’s club on top of Target and Costco…… we have excess of everything you can imagine. And on top of that we have Grocery Stores in between.
There are 4 WalMarts in my area to choose from. One is much closer so I'm there the most.
Not including the WalMart Neighborhood Markets. There are two in my zone I sometimes go to.
When I visit different countries I like to totally immerse myself in the local foods, snacks, ect. Stuff I can not get in my country or their version.
While everyone was at GameStop for the Halo 3 launch. I was at Walmart. I got Halo 3 and played online gaming for the first time. I grew up with Walmart and pawnshop gaming. Working McDonald's 06-08 and shopping Walmart I got Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare. I played the hell out it even after getting the steelbook hardend edition of MW2 at GameStop with friends still in school. Haha
Most of my meat I buy at a local meat market but I do buy ground beef (mince) at Walmart because it's cheapest there.
The rotisserie chickens at Walmart are really good, so us their fresh garlic/french bread, potato salad and store brand pizzas (not frozen).
I love the Easy Cheese (spray cheese). I eat it on crackers or celery.
You can have your tires and oil changed in the automotive department while you shop for food, beauty products, hygiene, otc meds, toys, diapers, food, sports equipment, clothes, electronics, pick up prescriptions, get eyeglasses, housewares and garden supplies. Groceries are only about 1/4 to 1/3 of the store.😂

Just a head's up - Soap and other such items are generally around the PHARMACY area. Also in that area you can find proteins shakes of all flavors. It took me a while to figure that out.
Walmart is affectionately called “Wally world” they’re all over. I went to visit my daughter in State College Pennsylvania and went into a Wegmans for the first time and was blown away. That really needs to be checked out. I love your channel, very entertaining and informative, that’s why I keep coming back for more.
Walmart even has an automotive service station attached to it, you can have your tires changed while you shop 👍
The tropical fish in Florida love can cheese. I lived there for 15 years and would take it with me when diving and would be surrounded with fish when I would squirt.
If you go to Texas, make sure you go to an HEB. Supermarket only in Texas with a wide variety, along with their own branded items, as well as a nice butcher shop with sandwich meat and different cuts of meats.
Can you find some Jiffy cornbread, this is a must. You can make muffins or a "johnny cake". You can't have too much butter.
Walmart is my go-to for basic essentials, home care, electronics, clothes, snacks, and things like that. The Supercenters also have car service. It's a pretty big store and can't wait for you to see it. P.S. if you think this is huge, you should look up Walmart owned company called Sam's Club. Now that place is basically the warehouse version of Walmart and it's d*mn huge (product-wise) lol.
A Pay Day bar is a bar of nugette that is dipped in caramel and then covered with salty lightly roasted peanuts. It's quite good actually.
A Almond Joy is the cousin to a Mounds bar. What is a Mounds bar? The UK actually has something similar I believe. It's a bar of coconut dipped in chocolate. And an Almond Joy is a Mounds bar with almonds in it. Both candy bars were marketed together back in the day. And the tagine was "Sometimes you feel like a nut (Almond Joy)...sometimes you don't (Mounds)."
Just remember...if a product wasn't good the store wouldn't be selling it. It's all a matter of taste. All these videos I've seen...just concentrating on food, when Wal-Mart sells just about everything. The supercenters are huge! Even bakeries, vision centers for glasses and garden sections. Hoping you guys can get to the States soon. Your videos are spot on, btw.
American biscuit is easy to make with common ingredients I’m sure y’all have. Look up a recipe.
She barely touched walmart. She only showed abo1/4 of walmart. They have a huge clothing section. A huge electronic section. A huge automotive section. A huge sporting goods section. Most super walmarts have an auto department that does oil changes, brakes, and tires. You can buy tools. Household furniture. Appliances. Everything walmart sales you can purchase online and have delivered. My wife does walmart delivery, and I believe it's like 5 dollars to get it delivered.

I live in Phoenix, Arizona and we literally have a Walmart in just about every neighborhood and a CVX or Walgreens pharmacy (chemist) as well.

You don't buy your bakery stuff from Wal Mart you go to an actual bakery for that. Most Large, medium and small cities have at least one Bakery. It's made fresh that morning and beats that processed , packaged crap box store have. And you don't have to walk 9 miles to get back to your vehicle.
I went grocery shopping at Walmart just last night. Even I who has been there a hundred times can attest to the difficulty in choosing which snacks and stuff to bring home each time. I do end up spending wayyy more time there when I shop then I do other grocery stores cause I’m picking and choosing so much 🤣Can’t wait for you to visit 🇺🇸

going to wallmart is a chore even when you live in america its not just a plac you walk into an grab stuff cuz walmart is always moving stuff around and it gets very hard to find stuff at times and the layout of walmart can be different depneding on what state and walmart your in so ya its not easy

"Where do you start?" That's always my response to Walmart. There isn't one in Seattle--property prices too high, no place for people to park--so I don't go unless I'm traveling. They can be unbelievably huge.
The reason there's no Walmart in Seattle is actually because the massive amounts of theft. Walmart closed all of their stores anywhere around there because people cannot help but to steal from them.

Walmart does have an amazing bakery.
There were other large grocery chains that have just as good or even better of a selection than Walmart. It all depends on what part of the country you are in these grocery chains are better.
When you purchase anything at Walmart that’s labeled “great value “ some things are not going to be the best quality or taste. “Great value” is like a substitute for “Walmart.” Certain flavors of their ice cream, cheese cake and other pastries are really good though.
You have to try those cookies-they are so sinfully good ! And I'm sorry but I like the sharp cheddar squeeze cheese ! Lol
The only issue might be the 'store brand' items aren't always that good. Especially walmart's stuff. It may be just fine...but usually isn't. You can usually find better items/brands by going to a bakery for instance or a butcher or just a better grocery story.

The meat section has a variety of steaks, roast, pork, chicken and ham.
You can also have a variety of sandwich meat cut to whatever thickness you want.
The grocery section is only half of Walmart.
The other half has everything for home and outdoors.

Lol, Walmart or Super Walmarts have just about anything you want. Food, clothes, automotive, appliances, beauty, pharmacy, home goods, etc etc. She didn't even scratch the surface. On the variety, yea, there is a lot, but once you know what you like, people generally hone in on a item or two and seldom venture out past that, so it's not too bad.
Walmart has a store to buy in bulk called Sam’s which is much like Costco.

The reason why Walmart is so known is because they are everywhere and are the cheapest for many items. I go a couple of times a month but hardly ever buy my food items there, I go elsewhere for better quality when it comes to food.
You guy's should have a contest for American viewers and visit a fan's house for a home cooked meal you might even save money on a trip by staying the night with some fans would let you stay longer and try more stuff . Must haves are biscuits and gravy , country fried steak , chicken and waffels , and many more.
Walmart makes their carts (trollies) hard to push on purpose. They wander away less.

When you both finally come, and visit the States" make sure you try and go check out other massive stores. Like" Sam's Club, Target, and Costco Wholesale.
You are going to be absolutely blown away by WALMART. I saw a comment about choosing to go to a SUPER WALMART but now that is pretty much all they have. They have either closed the small ones or made them into a super WALMART. Now I have a small super WALMART but in bigger cities they have the REAL SUPER WALMARTS which the one that I went to was around the size of 2 football fields. They have almost every prepackaged items but they also have a bakery in the back where they bake all of the fresh made breads, cookies and things like that and they have fresh stock that comes in every week. They have everything from the things for your car except for tires) and everything for your your personal hygiene use. The video only showed you a very very tiny look at what they have. Clothes, shoes(Shaq has his signature shoes only Walmart like Michael Jordan has his shoes at NIKE so they can be bought at specialty shoe stores) household appliances, hair dryers, vacuums, electric razors every personal product that you can imagine, tools to do almost every thing around the house or vehicle. They have an area that you can send money to anyone and everywhere in the world. Our WALMART is open 2 hours a day. They have things for your pets, sports, pool(above ground or in ground and they a HUGE electronic department with everything from cell phones to 80 inch t.v.'s video games and consoles laptops and tablets. What you don't find you can order it on line and have it at the store in 1 to 2 days with free shipping as long as it comes from their warehouse. Yes you will be amazed by the amount and variety of the food items that they have but I don't have enough time or space to tell you about EVERYTHING that you are going to find at at a SUPER WALMART. You are going to crap yourself. I live here and I have grown up going to Walmart and I am still amazed. And I am sorry but you don't have enough money to buy everything that you thinks looks delicious at Walmart. I am so used to it I try not to go to Walmart just to see how long that it will take until I have to go back. Please enjoy your trip to America and please enjoy the delicious food and amazing places that you will find here. I truly do appreciate growing up here in America. I am 56 and I still get amazed by living here.
We have Walmart here of course but here in the Midwest we have Meijer. They are so much better than Walmart. 1000% better. Much more popular here than Walmart.
In many cities, across the street from Walmart is a Target. Target offers slightly higher quality products and the prices are generally 10-20% more. This additional 10-20% draws an *entirely different shopper.* Walmart overflows with very poor people, elderly on fixed incomes and disabled. You rarely see any of these shoppers at Target, who lean upper middle class. The two stores are often less than 1,000 feet apart but it's as though they're two different worlds. It's a stark display of how sharp the line is that divides the haves and the have nots.
I can say I'm born and raised in California and I've never tried can spray cheese lol
Everyone commenting that they only hit up the grocery section is because they 1. didn't have time to browse and 2. only went for food.
Walmart truly is a one-stop shop literally because you can get groceries, grab some inexpensive clothing for the entire family, fill a prescription and personal care items (she couldn't find deodorant which is in the Pharmacy section), decor/bedding/office for your home, small appliances, electronics, gardening tools and plants/flowers, crafting and office supplies, books, gaming, shoes, Deli section where you can grab a cake for 10 people because you didn't have time to make it yourself and while you're shopping, you can get new tires and an oil change on your car and fill up the gas tank at some locations which I've found can be some of the lowest price gas in my area at times. If you're hungry and want something to eat before you shop (or you KNOW you're not cooking when you get home), a lot of locations have a Subway restaurant. If you need to do some bank transactions, yep, they usually have one of those too. If you needed your eyes checked/order new glasses, some do have an Optical center. If you need your hair cut or nails done, yes that can also be done as some locations. We have a nail salon in ours, lol. Seasonal items for Halloween/Christmas/Valentine's Day/July 4th, etc. will have an entire section devoted to them and show up at least 2 or 3 months ahead of when you need them to, lol.
I don't intend on buying spray cheese, but sometimes I'll pass the cracker aisle, and if I'm lazy, I will buy Chezz Wiz it not expected to be gourmet by any means... It's just a perfect easy snack.
Cheez Whiz is just a thinner version of canned squeeze cheese. All made by processing the cheese with a form of dairy and something like modified food starch....to bring it and keep it all together and shelf stable. You might as well but the Easy Cheese...same thing.

Walmart is a giant cheap store. It isn't fancy. Nothing wrong with Walmart, but if you are looking for high-grade things look into bakeries or veggie/meat markets. I don't like how some videos show places like Walmart as best American stores. It's fine, but America has way more to offer.

Walmarts bakery is budget friendly food with budget friendly ingredients. There isn't anything wrong with it, it's fine.
That Kit Kat she held up was not even the biggest version we have. There's a package that holds something like 16 sticks of Kit Kat. There's also a King Size version at are larger sticks. But remember guys, the typical American home of even apartment for that matter has a lot more storage space than UK and European homes do, so our packaging is so much bigger than y'all's, because it can be. We've got the room for it.
If you're going to Wally World, plan on a few hours to see the entire store. Auto, sports, clothes, GUNZ, camping, etc.
Takis are imported to the US from Mexico, as they are a Mexican snack.
OK, Y'all - Fly to Austin, Texas, rent a Mustang, go eat Terry Black's BBQ, check out a Super WalMart, and enjoy the friendly people, wide open roads, and the culture. Go down the highway to San Antonio for Tex-Mex on the Riverwalk and see the Alamo. Whole different culture there. On the way, there will be a Buc-ee's about halfway there! Then go to Fort Worth for the cowboys and real Longhorns in the downtown Stockyards.That still leaves Dallas, Houston, Galveston, and Louisiana to check out! See ya soon!

Yes our fruits have to look fresh, otherwise nobody will buy them. Remember that some of the fruits are grown in the US but a lot of them come from Mexico or central America where fruit is available most of the year

I genuinely don't know how spray cheese still exists. I haven't had it since i was a kid in the late 90s-early 00s. And I can't remember EVER seeing it at someone's house or ever knowing of anyone buying it.

In her defense, her and her boyfriend are professional ballet dancers so they can't eat too many snacks.
As someone who has traveled across America multiple times, each region is different. There's always plenty of selections but variations differ and prices are not the same. For instance, stores in places like Iowa are much more affordable than prices in New York or California. As a heads up for your trip, those large cities like New York or Los Angeles are must visits for tourists reasons but it's places like Idaho, Georgia, Iowa, etc...that's when you start finding the true American culture.
Honey Nut O's is probably Walmart's store brand of Honey Nut Cheerios, just fyi.
Every video of foreigners visiting Walmart for the first time, they all pick up cosmic brownies. It's disappointing if you actually have them. It's just brownies with a little candy in it. It sounds cooler than it is.
