Three things I like about this show.. 1. No non sense questions 2. Arbaaz giving enough time to guest to speak without interrupting 3. Guests speaking their heart out
The way Arbaaz moved ahead with the conversation when Helen was getting emotional talking about Khan family is simply amazing.. He didn't try to cash on typical emotional melodrama that many interviewers seek these days for views..

I love Helen. I met her at Dadar in Mumbai at her studio. She was so gorgeous and friendly. She even gave me address which was near Sophia College. I would love to meet her again one more time. Always watch every show her name is mentioned. She is my darling lady. Her friend Cuckoo was my Uncle’s friend also. I am so excited to see this show by Arbaaz. Helen ji if you are watching this Hi. Sometimes the reel life can be so misleading that you can’t know a person’s real life. In spite of being so hugely popular and successful, here we see a so humble and passionate person. The Khans are probably the best family of Bollywood. Speaking to any actor from the Hindi film fraternity and you’ll see the amount of respect they’ve gained over the years is not surprising. They’ve opened their arms and doors for anyone and everyone. Huge salute to Salim Khan and family!

I know an aged lady who is a relative and I address her as grandmother. She often tells us that her mother travelled with Helen ji's mother together, while migrating from Burma. She resides in Assam now.

Long back I read that Helen was in great difficulty both financially nd spirituality loosing all her earning etc that's why Salim Khan who knew her from his struggling days when she was in top form nd now struggling came to her rescue and just to avoid unnecessary gossip nd to give her the respect that she deserves married her after briefing his wife who also showed her compassion . really hands off to Salim Khan and his wife nd even Helen for bonding with the family nd the Khan brothers too for the support nd great gesture.otherwise god knows what would have happened to her in this heartless society 🎉

She underwent a very high risking life moving from Burmah to Hindustan. She experienced a lot of pain in migration. But ultimately got paid. Very courageous in appreciating those singers & songs made her performance a great success. Her appreciation of Vaijanthimala for her dance better than her reflection of humbleness. Indeed a very good decision she made joining the family of Salim Saheb. May Allah keep the entire family blessed with integrity & unity

What a wonderful interview Arbaaz , amd mind the the two before this were gems too . Salim Saheb , Javed Saheb and Helen ji , these three interviews were so satisfying that i dont remember any i have seen like these for a long long time.

Arbaaz is a fantastic interviewer and i have loved this series with Salim Javed and now Helen. Classy and fluent in subtle humour, maintaining the flow and mood of the interaction, i think he's found his calling.
She underwent a very high risking life moving from Burmah to Hindustan. She experienced a lot of pain in migration. But ultimately got paid. Very courageous in appreciating those singers & songs made her performance a great success. Her appreciation of Vaijanthimala for her dance better than her reflection of humbleness. Indeed a very good decision she made joining the family of Salim Saheb. May Allah keep the entire family blessed with integrity & unity

Perfect gentleman, suave, polished, dignified and extremely sensitive to treating his step mother with respect and affectionate regard .He ensured that never once did she feel awkward, or uncomfortable.
He handled the interview with great finesse.
Even when Helen prompts him to use the term 'item,"
he steers to safer ground , making her feel throughout , that she was the best.
