  • I've only given myself a month to finish this whole series so here I've attempted to move through the Estuary complex propelled by strong wind & tide which severely speeds up the whole process. At the high tide limit of Frogmore Creek (plan B) has been activated which is to abandon the boat at the top of Frogmore & return at a later date when conditions allow. (plan A was to return back down the creek). *very little info exists on the Geese Quarries.
    The brown residue on the water at Frogmore may look like sewage but is likely algae growth formed by decaying seaweeds and grass cuttings swept down the stream & is mostly visible in Summer.

    Fun video, putting yourself out there agains the elements. But wouldn't you prefer a kayak? They make quite good inflatable ones.

      I bag this up and shift it around on public transport.

      @@sandpit72 I use a Gumotex Safari 330 inflatable kayak on river and coast. If its within price range and seems like something you would use then I would recommend it [and it is man portable inc public transport]. {Intex Challenger is the budget option which isn't bad also}
