@@MrRickasaurus yes, use to go to a lot of house parties during high school at Dural and Kenthurst. The houses were like mansions on big blocks of land, it was crazy our huge they were.

There’s a palace down in Wollongong at the back of Figtree that makes all these houses look like bedrooms. Dude built it on the mountain. I worked there 2 years ago. 6 figure $$$ statues in the garden..

Wow years ago, I remember Blake when he was still in primary and along with his mum Michelle, they were our neighbours here at Sefton. Blake all grown up is a big boy now! How time flies so quick.
Why they'd prefer to purchase houses in Western Sydney rather than Eastern suburbs-- first thing that comes to mind is there are less snobs around WS.
You need to go to Dural and Glenhaven. Much nicer than Oatlands and more overall wealth. Genuinely nicer suburbs as well.

Insanity, I used to live in Oatlands and specifically on Bettington Rd, it’s not that great.
I’m shocked to see the prices this high. I guess Castle Hill, Bella Vista and Dural are considered North West Sydney and not part of this because the houses here are much nicer
My house is only worth 3.5 in Bella Vista which has better facilities, shops, hospital, school etc, how does that work?
Is being next to the golf course that much of a benefit? You risk random golf balls flying into your windows and you’ve got worse traffic/noise

no, western sydney always has been a rich area, just have a little more social housing than the rest of sydney (max 5-10% more), thats all but the kids and man children want to believe they are hood
There’s nice houses even more western like past the Sydney barrier like Windsor or Bligh park more ones that have paddocks for horses etc it’s quite nice out there

It is Australian, but it sounds like he's been around people from Western Sydney as well as having an Asian influence to his accent. I commonly find this accent amongst East Asian Australians who live in Western Sydney.
