For what it's worth, here's how I think it should have been. I like the official release but I LOVE the "return to innocence" sample so I think the official release should have still had the sample but not the way that this one has it. What I would have done is had it exactly how the official release was and add the return to innocence sample right after Kudi's humming. So in other words everything stays the same as the album version, then after Kudi's part that sample comes in. Damn that would have been so dope. That humming followed by that sample 🔥🔥 🔥
The final version channels the energy of the Enigma sample with those chopped up choir vocals. It makes the song its own thing rather than a song relying on a sample.

Beat sounds too skeletal, feels like it’s mixed all odd like. However, that might just be the fact that it sounds unfinished. I think the new one is superior but there are good ideas on the OG
