EJ along with Ron Banks were 2 of the best falsettos to come out of Detroit. Matter of fact next to the Cadillac El Dorado, those two cats were THE best things Motor City produced! Hands down....
EJ is not a true falsetto tho. He only uses falsetto on the high whistle notes ( the wooos). He is a counter tenor. His natural voice is high like a woman. I opened for him twice. That's ninety percent chest voice . Ron Banks is a true falsetto. One of the best ever. But Ron uses head voice. He's just cold with it.
