The door in this video only has the meaning of “open the door” to memories... of the time when Matteo was a child with his father.

Andrea has been completely blind since he was 11 years old. Matteo is 20 years old and following in his father's footsteps. Ho looks like his dad at that age, he sounds like his dad, and he is obviously gifted like his dad. One of the things I love about the video is the love--love so strong I can see it in their smiles. The song itself I had not heard until I saw this a month or two ago. It's beautiful, amazing, incredible, and has special meaning to me, the love between me and my Father. I knew you were going to love it. (Galatians 2:20)
Andrea Bocelli lost his sight at age 12. His son has a solo career with his own songs Solo, Close, Dimmi, and I Miss You Amore. This symbolizes the love between father and son. The son starting his own career and father supporting him all the way but always leaving the door open for his son. Bocelli’s are a beautiful talented family. I’ve followed Andrea’s career since the beginning and just love him and his family. Also check out Andrea and Ed Sheeran’s duet Perfect .
They explained that his son is old enough to start making his own way in life so hes leavnig the door open to say hes not left but he is creating his own route in life now. You havent lived until you hear Andrea and Sarah brightman ssing time to say goodbye. Trust me watch it it's outstanding. Written and composed by Andrea Brocelli.

Absolutely beautiful. What a way to show and lead his son into his footsteps and take over the legacy. I appreciate Ron's explanation of the significance of the door, but maybe another way to look at it is 'we have come this far together, this is the way forward'? They have a beautiful tone together, as they should. I'll be looking out for more of Matteo's music. Thanks for the reaction.
