The crew thought they were simply dealing with a murderer. How very wrong they were.
Everyone was already infected. Hosts to the parasites they'd unknowingly brought aboard. However only a few were compatible and strong enough to mutate.
To increase the chances, once the host was completely taken over, the parasite would run around putting other hosts under extreme duress in an attempt to awaken their brethren.
And what better way to do this than to just turn them all on each other?

Part of me feels so bad for light blue because they didn't know what was going on. They had first tried to stop yellow thinking that the other crewmembers would believe them. This didn't work, making them have to kill his own friends for their own life. Only then realizing that they're the other imposter.
Well at least yellow and cyan became friends, right? Yellow was accepting of cyan once he had been fully consumed.

I once realized that Brown was the imposter, so I ran back to Cafeteria while he's on my tail, and as I pressed the Emergency Button was also the time he killed me.
So when the meeting was called, I could not talk to them since I already died. A frustrating play but I often imagine that scene as Brown tugging my pink dead body inside the table before the others got back for the meeting.
It's a rare glitch where there is a split second between the button press and the emergency animation
If you kill the crewmate in that window you get a dead body calling for emergency
It would probably just be the crewmate having a fatal injury while all of the others teleport to cafeteria and the impostor just watches while the crew desperately tries to resuscitate him to no avail
Once I was imposter and I killed someone, someone else showed up and reported but I mashed my kill button and killed then before the meeting they called happened and everyone was like what happened? And I said they probably left. After the game was over and we were waiting for a new game they accused me if cheating 😅

I don't know why but this is the first gore art of yours that really scared me. And ive been watching you draw all types of gory stuff for years now, but something about pinks lower body getting crushed and sucked in the air shoot really got me even before i saw it and for a moment i didnt think it would happen but when I did I actually gasped and had to look away for a second, and the most unsettling was just him ending up being the imposter himself, just like i knew it would happen but it just really makes you feel something... Unsettling? The music really didnt help the feeling Definitely love this among us series. Thoroughly enjoyed it 👍

same! I think the reason why it was so unsettling was because of how realistic it was, like, getting your torso chopped in half by metal and having your guts spill everywhere is a thing that could actually happen to a real person.

This is lore accurate because the impostors are crewmates that were infected with an alien virus that drove to murder
the more I look at it, the more I realize that it's a story of accepting who you are.
I find it actually very creepy that we never see their faces and emotions (especially when yellow was holding out his hand to cyan or when he casually was sitting at the meeting), I don't know why, with the addition of the cute/happy music and the twisted story. Yeah. Gore warning is deserved for this masterpiece.

Definitely, and as someone who can make semi extreme gore (I am willing to draw organs on a mutated rabbit showing because its body split into two because its spine was elongating, how are the organs are still holding on via a few bl9od vessels & veins. [if you’re wondering what the h3ll I am talking about, me and a friend did a challenge of turning cute things into monsters and I decided to go with a genetically modified bunny that when fatally injured can break its jaw, has one of its eyes turned into a bloody mouth, both its ears split and reveal mouths, its front legs and back legs grow to the length of humans, however it’s mainly the bone structure so the legs and paws are ripped from each other, and the spine elongates splitting the upper half and lower half of the bunny apart along with the head revealing the organs…] but even then my drawing of it isn’t that good, but I’d still put gore warning considering how bad it would be) I very much understand the difference between blood warning and gore warning, I’m sorry that this comment is lengthy.

Ok from what neytirix said and from what I'm guessing, the parasite doesn't full on posses them but simply mutates them and increases there survival instinct and bloodlust but there still conscious of their actions, since 8ts quite clear blue was regretful of his actions at first but then moved on

I think this is a good idea to implement on the game,
1. The imposter didnt know the other imposter
2. The imposter virus in contiguous, thus allowing other crewmate become imposter mid game
Well I have a game that has at least one of that criteria "Agrou".
Sorry but I have to disagree with you on the first Point. (second one is arleady impremented in Agrou in a form of black wolf and I think it should stay that way, exactly those kind of diffrences make these kind of games unique and it should stay like that) [mayby one Day, but as diffrent game Mode]
That would be a really cool game mode! Except maybe certain crew members are "immune" to the infection. In order to infect a crewmate, you have to press the infect button and an animation plays of you infecting the crewmate. However, you don't know whether or not the crewmate you're about to infect is immune. If they are immune, they will know you are the imposter as you just tried to infect them. You'd have to act fast in order to get rid of them before they press emergency or something. It could be the kind of game where there's those that don't infect people and instead opt to kill everyone off instead. But then you'd get the people that try to infect everyone and somehow never get caught
There is no virus, ITS a parasite controlling and spreading....
But then you would have a task to create a antidote/vaccine task plus you would probably have to up the crewmate to impostor ratio

Нет голубой уже был заражён когда жёлтый дотронулся до него ладонью когда тот успел нажать кнопку поэтому он получил вирус,а то что он вытолкнул фиолетового и розового в шлюз он не хотел у него была паника что его выкинут поэтому он не мог себя контролировать у него был страх а когда они уже были мертвы он начал желеть об этом но понел что он уже был заражён лучше бы он сделал так с жёлтым и если бы у него остался разум он мог бы сожрать жёлтого предателя а самому покончить собой поэтому голубой человек
