You guys in South Africa have been so inovating over the past 20 years , and still surprise me with new techniques , about two decades ago I started using assassin casting rods low mount with overheads and was stunned with how much better the overhead is on a low mount opening up your cast action , then impact sinkers , then slide baiting now this , fantastic keep up the innovation , love it

Dacron is also an option for a soft dangle. I hook the dacron straight over the hook without a ring

Thanks for another great video. Question: What species would you target with this bait?

I can't come to terms that the sinker will be hanging direct to and behind the bait, and the hook attached in such a way that will cause the fish to go at the bait centred between two ends of fishing line.Maybe attaching the weight should have been shown in the video to give one a better perspective.

@Saltwater Fishing South Africa will need to confirm (or correct me of I'm wrong) but I assume they are referring to clipping a sinker onto the bottom of the dingle dangle... so as the bait hits the water the sinker comes off the bait

If dropping baits by drone...is a dingle neccessary? Because alot of bait demos show d dingle as a must have when building baits.

We will have to consult a drone specialist as we dont do any drone fishing, but just thinking it might help weight distribution when flying a bait out

What hooks are you using? Doesn't look like a fusion.

Generally yes you can reuse even after catching a shark. As long as they are still straight and not kinked
