When doing this boss the first time it may seem very overwhelming but once you understand the mechanics it becomes very easy. the most important mechanic is making sure he does not destroy the platforms at all costs. The only time you need to pay attention to this is when he summons a miniboss and the main boss disappears for a bit. The boss will try to slam you 3 times, and he does this phase 2 times for a total of 6 hits. Each section of the platform you fight on Left-Middle-Right can tank 3 hits so ideally you'll want to bait the boss to slam each platform 2 times. ------------ The second mechanic is pretty straight forward and just requires you to watch which side of the boss's shoulder (incoming regular slam that does not count towards platform breaking) or hand (long sweep) starts glowing red. it will almost always be the side you're closest to. ------------ And the Last mechanic is just tossing the little explosives on the ground to his face while he's crying, or stomach when he's puking(?), as you see me do in the video :)
Good video and thanks for explaining it. Just to clarify a bit, the 2 hit arena mechanic, is it necessary to spread out the hits the boss does after respawning? Or does the normal hit he does at the beginning (when his shoulder-arms glow red-weakspot) also count?
@@xdarknbloodx9590 no, the regular slams when the shoulder glows do not contribute to destroying the platforms so feel free to go wild. only when the mainboss itself disappears are the platforms at risk (you'll also get warnings in the middle of the screen about the platforms during this phase)
Id say only the middle platform is important any of the side platforms even if broken u can manipulate the side of the slap to avoid it so no problem there

What is ur dps with this build? I can only do around 27k
sounds about right yeah, 27-30k. i tried swapping to a renegade armor set which seems to help a little
i did it solo with crank its much harder ), even with crit and weakspot damage
nice job!
the gameplay seems a little janky for a boss fight to be honest is this still in beta or something?
yes, its in closed beta. and my CPU is constantly spiking at 100% so thats probably where the stuttering/jankyness comes from
Yes still in beta
say that when u actualy fight the boss
@@skidbot i mean its in beta so ill probably wait till they flush out bugs lol its clearly not a bad game in any means.
How or where did you get the MG4?
Got lucky from the wishing machine, first category
