I guess for me, I shifted my perception and practiced gratitude, but the continuous trauma and grief just wore me down. I prioritize my rest, but I yearn for the things I lost even more...its been a hard ride for sure. Like I know what I deserve and what I want, but i feel like its just not the time, my body won't allow it, and it hurts cause I am so tired. I am scared because I am so tried, that I won't have the energy for the responsibility with what I am asking, but we shall have faith correct.. correct. ... thank you for this video and congrats!

I'm doing well still working on my positive energy. Working on starting my business. Learning to think about my future more now that I'm working fighting my depression. My therapist has really help grow and learn more about my self then I ever did. It still a struggle but with reading books and listening to your affirmations is what gets me going
