Theres no schedule for snorkeling. All food and drink is included. And yes, you can bring your own gear if you wish, although they don't reuse mouth pieces and it doesn't cost anything to rest their equipment.

I see that you rent wheelchairs. What would I do with the wheelchair when I went snorkeling?
