The rattling DOES NOT MEAN the regulator is bad. There is a metal button on the center of the fpr diaphragm that rattles genius. Wow

Cool! Thanks for taking the time to let me know. 👍👍 In case you didn’t see, that O-ring kit from GM and ACDelco isn’t available anymore. I put the replacement kit details in the description 😉👍

Great video series! Do you have a GP Sorenson (or GM, AC Delco, or other) pat # for the fuel rail o-rings (Napa part #2-18416)?

Thanks for the info. I have a junk yard pull just sitting around. Didn't know you could rebuild regulator. Will use rail for my 86 TA WS6 TPI. Save the other one.

How did you remove the fuel lines from the one side of the fuel rail? Just buy pulling them? Any special tool? Also, how did you remove the base of the fuel pressure regulator from that same side of the funeral. Almost cruiser out and I am trying to pull my hand, but nothing is happening.

I've got an '85 F'bird, and theTPI fuel system is pretty much the only reason it doesn't run. As Richard Petty would say: "It doesn't have a corebrater on it."

Yes, the TPI can be finicky. But when the run, they’re nice.
