When I was 40 years old, my periods stopped and I got, full blown Menopause, unfortunately it's not going to get easy, but there is help and it's a medical condition. You should make an appointment, with your doctor. I hope I haven't, spoken out of place. If I have, please forgive me, I didn't want to hurt your feelings
