Star, earth elemental face mask is a armor and has 20% power gen boost at fx + debuff resistance, so storm hat is not the only armor that has power gen boost
Vial of infinite Blood is the best non-tower rare in the game. Especially for Gold characters. It pairs so well with a lot of weapons. At maxed fusion it makes all the gear that does " increases damage against bleed or poison" a lot less useless.

How do I get rusty chainsaw?
Datusha is a good gear..and Sento blade too..and Bloody Tomahawk is also good. Vial of infinite blood is excellent for unblockable attacks. Sacrificial Knife is also good.
I love vial of infinite blood a lot because of the unblockable on accessory, it allows me use shao khan’s hammer
Unblockable and power generation are a must, definitely changed my runs in every game mode.. I use revolvers, bound demon, moloch chain ball on dotd erron black and he constantly has unblockable basic attacks and special twos
My most used rare gear is sento blade because it's my only maxed rare gear with block break. Revolvers is 1 fusion away from max power, so I also use this one a lot. Vial of infinate blood is also 1 fusion away and it's an accessory, but the fact that it's maxed at 35% to break the block still pushes me to use fusion 7 rusty chainsaw and bladed fans more. Currently I use earth elemental face mask in the tower a lot (on Aftershock Tremor for a little bit of a bonus)...
I use Endoskeleton for 50% power cost and Health boost, revolvers for critical hit chances and Unblockable chances and Earth Elemental facemask for de-buff resistance specially for Kombat Cup Sonya Blade. One advantage with this character that will will kick out the active character once she is flipped to active player and her moves are a bit quicker than other characters comparatively. I use her for sure in all the Towers except Boss Fight. Because, she can't kick out the character in Boss Game.

Are kards with basic attack damage boost best or unblockable chance at basic at boost? Both types of items are mentioned as being good. But which is better?
unblockable basic attack chance is best. no if and buts. everything else come second at most

Sento blade is much better than Rusty chainsaw. It has good damage too along with unblocked attacks.

I’ really enjoy your videos but I’m confused. You started the video assuming that most players don’t have maxed out epic gear. This assumption is correct but it’s also true that most players also don’t have fusion X for all of the rare cards.

Hey starinsky today i opened a dark fate diamond pack for 400 souls i was gonna open 2 but i got assasin skarlet from the FIRST ONE and my account level is 29 also when i open an pack for increased assasin skarlet chance i get gold reptile

He’s good at fusion zero. But at fusion x he’s a god he can one shot you with his special 1 and 2 while your opponent is stunned.

@@StarInSkyGamer About specific equipment, you should use them on the right characters, for example, if you have rusty chainsaw or family tools, you should use them on Leatherface; if you have hockey mask or trophy collection, you should use them on Jason Voorhees; if you have jump rope song or freddy's glove, you should use them on Freddy Krueger, but the problem is you use on the wrong character, like why you use rusty chainsaw on strike force Scorpion?

Really? From my experience, health boost is much better.
I think saurian armor is the worst piece of gear ever. It does not benefit even reptile because gold and diamond reptiles have regen on their fatal blow attacks and saurian armor just heals reptile when he uses his fatal blow or sp3 attack. So beside silver reptile, I don't see how's that even remotely useful.
Also, maxed out cybernetic arm is really good for jax since it can reflect basic attacks and special attacks damage to the opponent.
saurian armor is a great gear for hp boost so what do you expect
%35 max health boost is great. And using x rays is not worth it most of the time. Special attacks are better. Actually, cybernetic arm is only good on Jax. It's bad on other characters. Basic attack damage reflection is nothing and toughness boost is bad.
