I agree with most of the people here, you were really, really strict here. Most of them are landing early because Sauthemptona's runway is so short, that's why you can only spawn the B737/A320 and other smaller planes here, not for landing big airliners! Might also encourage players to be also strict w/ you landing too, like, come on.

Your video was too strict Some people had actually really butter landings and they can’t control it being bumpy. That’s just the game lagging.
